While at our house for a quote on an exterior issue, he noticed our sliding back door sticking as we stepped out to the back porch (an annoyance I’ve dealt with for a while). He grabbed a screwdriver and immediately started tweaking hidden adjustments on the door to get it running smooth and locking perfectly with ease. He did all this for free, just because he noticed that little detail as he opened the door.

He took a thorough look at our main issue on the exterior and spent a good deal of time explaining and educating me on some things I could do to resolve the issue, as well as gave me tips on ways I could prevent the issue from returning. It was refreshing to find someone that isn’t taking advantage and pushing unnecessary services, while taking the time to offer useful advice.

We discovered a leak in our roof just after New Years. It started between 9 and 10 a.m. and we needed to get a tarp over the roof as-soon-as-possible. It was raining heavily all morning and many of the roofing companies I contacted were not open and did not respond to my phone and email messages. Sleek Exteriors returned my call quickly and had a crew to my home in less than three hours. The leak was stopped within 4 hours of its start and he crew had to work in pouring rain. The crew boss kept the crew at our home until we were satisfied that the leak had been stopped. They were professional and respectful. We are very happy with the service we received from Sleek Exteriors and would recommend them to anyone who needs them for a roof emergency.
