Our 30+ year old roof needed reshingling and investigation of water leaks. After much research, I contacted Tony at Skyline Roofing and Construction. He and his crew were professional, prompt and courteous in every way.
Because we knew that reshingling is a big expense, especially when leaks need to be doing and fixed, we wanted a truly professional job done with a good brand of shingles and using plywood sheeting instead of particle board.
Tony carefully reviewed the estimate with us and all our questions answered. Never having had a roof reshingled before, we didn’t know what to expect . It was a good experience. The leak was diagnosed and our repair options carefully presented.
Skyline also repaired or replaced damaged siding overlying the leak sites and fixed the leaks (where the chimney attached to the roof) all while protecting our landscaping and scanning the yard afterwards with a magnet to check for stray nails. We like our new skylight too.
So much more was needed for our roof and siding beyond reshingling. Skyline took care of it all. We are so happy with our lovely and leak-less roof !

I chose Skyline Roofing based on the recommendations of two close friends who had used them. They were very professional and prompt. They planned to start on a Monday but the weather turned bad so they waited for better weather on Tuesday to start work. They were done by Thursday afternoon and the clean up was spotless. Skyline Roofing replaced the roof on our nearly 50 year old house. The roof ended up needing a lot of work - a lot of substrate replacement & fixing areas that weren't lined up correctly when the house was originally built (things that contributed to rotting in the substrate, I'm sure). Throughout the process, Tony & the crew communicated what they found & what needed to be done. The crew worked so hard every day that they were on our job & made sure that everything was cleaned up each day. Now that the project is done, I have so much more confidence in our roof. Our home needed some repairs on the roof and chimney, and I had another company (Nolan's) quote me over twenty thousand dollars of work, stating we needed to redo the whole roof. Gulp. Then I received a head's up about Skyline Roofing and man am I thankful. The whole experience was so professional and human and lovely. Tony, the owner, is very clear about what he is doing, even showing pictures throughout the process. He is a great communicator, which can be rare in his busy profession. I so trusted him, and his team, and I am left with a beautiful (seriously) roof and chimney at a very fair price. I felt great writing those checks. Skyline installed our metal roof in November of 2021. It was hard to believe that it could be done as winter set in but they picked their moments and it was completed without drama just as Tony assured us it would be. Choosing Skyline was a deliberate choice and followed estimates from 3 other roofing companies. In the end, our view was that you get what you pay for so we booked Skyline. We have never regretted this decision.

Skyline provided quality in every aspect the re-roofing. Old material was carefully removed, the new roof, new skylights and snow guard installed with precision, and Tony remained entirely responsive and available throughout. His team of skilled workers were a pleasure to have around the house. We even gave each of them a bonus given the level of workmanship and safety they demonstrated.

None of this is hyperbole: now, 11 months later, the roof stands as one of the smartest decisions we have made for our home of 40+ years. We even recommended Skyline to our own local Deming Library when it recently needed some repair work. The price of a new metal roof was not cheap but quite fair and, given the importance of a home's roof--it's your first layer of defense against wind, rain and winter snow--getting the job right was so much more important that trying to get the job cheap. Absolutely unhesitating endorsement of Skyline and happy to let you see our roof.

Tony personally oversaw our project and was on-site daily to ensure quality work was being performed. During the project we had a day with heavy rain and wind.
