I used Skyline for a gutter replacement project. They replaced fascia, the gutter, and downspouts. All of it was done excellently and extremely quickly. I think it took maybe ten days from initial quote to completed project.

First and foremost, the professionalism and attention to detail between Dalton and Eli is above reproach. Every annoying question and dumbfounded look I must’ve given them throughout this process was met with patience and sincere answers. Need an option for 10 stars. I highly recommend Skyline. Alex, Eli and crew did an awsome job replacing our roof. From the very beginning, I knew I had made the correct choice. Alex came out first and took satellite measurements of roof and sent me a precise written quote with schedule for material delivery and work start dates. After our approval, materials were delivered and Eli came next day to inventory all the materials to ensure crew had what they needed. On date scheduled, crew began work. The speed, quality, efficiency and workmanship of their work is amazing. All involved are true professionals and craftsmen. They worked in a family atmosphere and gave us a personal touch that your are not just another job. Everyone went above and beyond, working in extreme heat to give us a high quality roof. The last work day, a Saturday, had to be postponed due to rain. Instead of delaying until Monday, they came in on Sunday and finished, committed to staying on schedule.
To me that speaks volumes to their dedication to their work. Overall, the quality of their professionalism and craftsmanship is off the charts.

I received five quotes from different companies for the replacement of my house roof, and after careful consideration, I chose Skyline Company. Their price was reasonable and they used high-quality shingles that matched the upgrades offered by other companies. Their rate of $75 per plywood sheet was also more affordable compared to the $115 charged by other companies, and they provids a five-year workmanship warranty as opposed to a two-year warranty from other companies.

Skyline Company was able to schedule the work quickly and completed the installation of the new roof smoothly and efficiently. After the installation, I had some questions about the difference in structures between the old and new roof, such as the ridge vent, turtle vent, and turbines. Alex, from Skyline Company, explained these details to me in a very detailed manner and even sent a roofer to show me the differences in the attic.

When an issue arose with the air conditioning and a nail had punctured the copper pipe causing a leak, Alex responded promptly and arranged for an AC technician to fix the problem the next day. The customer service provided by Skyline Company was outstanding, and I appreciated their commitment to their customers. I am happy to recommend Skyline Company to my friends and community members. Overall, their five-star service was exceptional, and I am very satisfied with their work

Sky line exteriors was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and exceeded all expectations.

I called on 8/17 to make an appointment to get an estimate to have some work done. I spoke to Alex, and he scheduled the appointment for 8/24 from 11 - 1. No one showed up. I called to find out why no one came, and Alex told me that I was not on his calendar. He did not put me on his calendar, but he was the one who scheduled the appointment. My time was wasted waiting for someone to show up. Very unprofessional.

Alex and his team did great work replacing rotting fascia and some window boards and some custom Carpentry. . The team worked hard and got it done quickly and it looks exactly like the rest of the house now. They even got the paint right. Highly recommend.

Replaced ALL (whole house) Masonite siding with James Hardie concrete siding, also installed a new chimney cap. Stabilized my deck, and repaired some soffit and facia. Installed new exterior lighting as well. Built and installed custom cedar shutters.

When our chimney started leaking, we knew that we needed to get a roofer out to help us fix it. Most of the other companies we spoke to gave us the runaround or were shady about their business practices. Alex came in and was able to explain why our chimney was leaking and why replacing the whole roof, instead of just piece-mealing certain sections of our aging (and poorly installed) roof, was the right answer. He was clear, concise, and most importantly, trustworthy and honest. It was obvious from the very first meeting that Alex knew his stuff.

Alex held our hand every step of the way - making sure that we understood our options on everything from packages, shingle color, and even financing. He was great about checking in as we worked through things, and made sure that we were all on the same page.

On the day of the installation, Alex’s team showed up on time, prepped our yard, and got right to work. Alex was on-site most of the day to answer questions, and was easily reachable by phone when he wasn’t at the house.

Even when we encountered an unforeseen snag (our gutters ended up not being properly installed and needed to be replaced), Alex was proactive about making sure we understood what our options were, and helped guide us to the decision that made sense for us.

We could not be more pleased with our experience. We have a beautiful new roof that I know was installed properly. And I have the peace of mind that Alex stands by his work - in fact, he has called me several times after the fact making sure that our roof is still looking good and living up to our expectations.

I am a demanding client to take on. I know that at this point in my life. I want things to be done correctly, thoroughly, and professionally. Some would say I am a perfectionist and I can understand that. While I know nothing is perfect, I can confidently say Alex’s work is as close as you will get!

Alex patiently worked with us through each step of the roof replacement. He was personally on my roof at least a half dozen times. He ensured that he was present any time the adjuster came to our house. He is a clear, concise communicator who understands the value of good communication in his business. He is also a genuinely kind, empathetic,
family man himself and was wonderful around our son. He’s basically like family at this point.

Skyline was recommended to us by our grandson to replace our roof after a bad storm. Alex was very professional and friendly. He gave us a lot of information of their services. He helped us with our insurance company and worked with the insurance company to get our damage covered.
He touched base with us with each step they took in getting the roof done.
They cleaned up the yard so good that we’ve only found about 15 nails since completion of the roof.
We liked doing business with him so much, we got them to put the gutter guard on our existing gutters at a very reasonable rate. Alex actually felt more like a family member than a company representative. After all work was done, Alex sat with us and gave us warranty papers and explained all coverage from Skyline and GAF. We highly recommend them and have recommended them to many of our neighbors that also had storm damage and they are using them also.
