Skyline project renovated my bathroom after I had the worst luck with a contractor. They took my bathroom with an awful tile job, improperly installed bathtub, uneven piping, etc. and somehow they turned it into in the bathroom of my dreams.

They asked all the right questions to make sure that I got the bathroom that I wanted in the timeline that I needed it. They were responsive, and fast while still delivering the best quality. They were honest and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process

I recently got my basement finished with Skyline Projects LLC and I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the timeliness of the team. Juan was very friendly and professional and responded to every call/message I initiated. Luis was brilliant in his abilities to come up with solutions for any challenges. In the end, we ended up with a basement that we love to use every single day and have been getting compliments from almost every friend who visits.

We hired Skyline Projects USA LLC in Nov, 2021 to paint the exterior of our home and fix damaged trim around the house. The subcontractor they hired to execute the job was more of a handy man thab an expert. As a result, our paint job is less than acceptable and of poor quality. The front exterior of the house is not properly painted and has visible spots of missing paint. The window frame and sills have extra paint drips, showing poor workmanship. There is a lot of paint splatters on window and door glass due to improper taping and covering of window and door glass before using the spray gun. The subcontractor worked alone 75% of the time, which took nearly 2 weeks to complete the job (I was told 1 week for the job) and he was messy to say the least. Outside of the above, he left garbage in the rear of the house, did not remove paint tape and covering from everywhere and did not reinstall all the window screens he took off. They also did not replace a part of the damaged trim because it was on top of the chimney and they claimed they did not have a ladder tall enough to reach it. This is after the saw the job site twice before they willingly accepted the project and provided a quote.

The Project team including Juan, Felipe and Enrique were pleasant to work with during the sales cycle but not the same after. Juan was somewhat patient and mostly fixed everything we found issues with during the project, and even executed a change order for extra money during the project. However, on the final walk through, we agreed on the above open issues and that the sub-contractor they hired would follow up in a week (he had another job so he couldn’t stay) and fix but they never showed. Of-course we paid them in full on that day. We’ve tried following up with text messages but neither Juan nor Enrique followed up, in fact, they chose to ghost us, a typical of a less than a quality company. We are hoping to hear back from them to resolve the above.

We were going to work with them on our bathroom and kitchen renovation but after the experience on the paint job, we’ve since hired someone else.

The crew was excellent. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was of very high quality. Any problem that did arise during progress was swiftly handled and corrected. We will definitely use them again!

I worked with Juan the Project Manager of Skyline Projects. He is very professional. His staff were very professional. He provided a quote and he and his team began working on my roof. The team was early, quiet and worked diligently on the heat working until the sunset. They cleaned up the debris from the shingles leaving my roof repaired and exterior part of home spotless. I highly recommend this company and their service.

Honest and very professional service. I used Skyline for replacing my 16 year old roof that got damaged by the last storm. The took care of the whole process starting by helping with the damage claim with my insurance until picking the last nail after installation.
They took care of all small details at a very reasonable price.
I trully recomend this company.

I was having a new roof put on n my house on Saturday. I had talked with the company who was to do the work on Monday. Skyline rep knocked on my door on Wednesday asking about roofing work. I explained that I spoke with another company on Monday. I told them since they were a new company
if they could meet or beat the other company. I would give them a chance. I can truthfully say I’m glad I went with them. The service they provided is unimaginable. They were very knowledgeable about the work performed. They even gave me quotes in a
few other things. I will surely use them again.

I had a leak on my roof two weeks ago and I contacted them because it was getting worse. They came and did the inspection on Tuesday and on Friday of last week I already had a new roof installed .Skyline Projects has the experience and the right people working with them .
