Bob and his crew were very nice and professional. When he came out for the estimate we discussed what I was looking for, his professional suggestions based on years of experience, and all of the options I had. He explained exactly how the install would go. How many days it would take and what would be completed each day. We got delayed a little due to rain (expected and nothing of their fault) but the communication with scheduling was great the whole time. My emails with questions were always answered the same day. Install went exactly as described. All the guys were great and cleaned up after. I love my new skylights! Everyone is shocked at the difference they make in the room and I’ve gotten many compliments.
Before install Bob noticed a concern with my roof (having nothing to do with the skylights, or where they were going). He made sure to point it out and let me know I would probably need to have it addressed soon. He asked me a couple times to make sure I still wanted to do the skylights knowing I may have that extra expense of the roof later. This is a great company that cares about their customers and wants to make sure they are doing what’s best for them. I obviously still went ahead with the skylights and I couldn’t be happier that I did.

Skylight Plus has installed 3 sun tunnels for me. I love the increased light! My kitchen and hallway are so much nicer now. The inside and outside looks like the lights have always been a part of the house. Everyone is on time, efficient, polite and clean up very well. I highly recommend them for your next job.

I would just like to express how refreshing and professional your representatives have been through the entire process! From our first consultation through to the on-site installation, every representative has been very honest, polite, and thorough! On installation day the representative politely introduced themselves immediately before beginning any work. They asked to enter the home to tarp over the inside home area under the skylight as well. All details were catered too and the skylight is BEAUTIFUL!!

Our new Velux skylights are a game changer! Bob, who owns the company, was hands on from our initial meeting and estimate through installation and finish work. He and his crew did a great job of assisting us in determining where the best placement would be to maximize the light coming into our living room and maintain the lines and architectural style of the room.

Skylights Plus was excellent to work with. Bob presented us options to choose from. Once decided, they were prompt to arrive on the day of installation and worked efficiently. We have a pool that they needed to "work around" in removing the shingles - they were excellent - not a single crumb of shingle was anywhere near our pool. Bob spent extra time in choosing a shingle to match shingle colors to our existing (19 year old ) roof. It looks gorgeous; we love our new skylights. Skylights Plus is if not the best, one of the best 2 vendors we have ever had do work at our home. We are totally pleased with the product and with the service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for skylights/skylight replacement.

Robert and his team were extremely professional and highly skilled. They were very considerate of our property, leaving behind no mess whatsoever even though they sawed wood for the trim work around the new skylights.
