- More than 1 month goes by with no response. Won't acknowledge emails, phone calls or recorded voice mail messages.
- After sending in the deposit, I'm told it takes about a week to have the skylight made then another week to schedule.
- Had great expectations. Had a great initial meeting... but the company never followed up.

Initial contact and communication was good and the only reason they didn't get 1 star. After sending in the deposit (they charge 3% to pay over the phone) I'm told it takes about a week to have the skylight made then another week to schedule. The next day I get a phone call "oh hey we found one in the warehouse and can be there tomorrow " seemed odd but sure. They got the old one out in under an hour and while they spent the entire day wrestling with the new one to try and get it in the old one that they left on my front lawn instead of putting in their truck, burned a 3x4ft dead spot in my lawn. After all that the new skylight didn't work and they had to have the deluxe rep come with another. Guess what, that one wouldn't open amd close right either. A day or so later 3rd times the charm (I guess). Left debris in my bushes and on top of that. It's been months and I haven't received 1 follow up call to see how the skylight is working. Thanks for the 4 grand cya later...
Outstanding and efficient customer service from our first phone call through the completion of the project. The roofers sent to our house were very professional and very efficient. They did beautiful work and we're very happy.
We chose Skylight Masters based on reviews of others . John Burton was informative and professional. The project was to replace two 30 year old Velez skylights. The skylights were replaced and we are very happy with the results. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure our expectations were met before they left-our house.They were meticulous about clean up after completion of the job. We would highly recommend Skylights Masters.
