Sam has been great and we would not hesitate to recommend Skye Roofing for anyone who needs their roof done, or any number of other tasks.

They have come out and replaced our roof several years ago and contracted gutter work. Years later we called to have them install solar attic vents for us. They came out to look, gave us a quote, and that same day they installed them. They have been available anytime we have needed someone just to look at things on our roof and do minor repair from trees rubbing along edge. He was even willing to pull out years old records to find info on our shingles for me when I didn't think I could find my paperwork.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and to any of our family members and friends. We sing their praises every chance we get. Thankfully, we have been lucky with hail missing our house since he first put the roof on , and we have had no problems with it. When it's time to replace it we will definitely have them do the work.

Sky Enterprises is a GREAT company. Sky Enterprises replaced our roof two times within 4 years because of hail damage. Using the same company two times should tell the reader of this review the company is GREAT! The owner of the company, Sam Karpaty and his assistant in our area, Matt Gall, are personal people that look out for you. In our case, Sam and Matt sat down with us and explained how the Homeowner insurance payment works and in detail the construction and durability of the new roof.
Sky Enterprises always provided us physical paperwork concerning the type of roof and color; when their start to replace the roof time would be (in coordination with the neighborhood), and all the paperwork we would need so that we could submit their information to our HOA for approval. They also took the burden away from us working with the insurance company. They did it all!
I want to write a little about their workers. They have their own team leaders, and all were really nice to us and respectful. They worked hard to finish the job. That was good to see. Everyone doing something all the time. No slackers. The company and workers are like a family. I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

Four yrs ago I had a big company from Plano replace my roof and they only did the minimum for max payment. When I needed them to come back for a leak they denied responsibility. Sam did quality work and went above and beyond. He listened and payed attention to small details which I appreciated.

Sam Karpaty, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. He inspected the roof and even had one of his contacts inspect the decking from within the attic to ensure it was properly supported when we asked. He listened to what we wanted concerning the type of shingle and even type of venting. He provided a good price with quality work. His team came out and completed the roofing in a timely manner.
