I had the pleasure of dealing with Skycon and Will Blanco last year for a roof replacement. I actually met Will when he stopped by for a free estimate almost two years before that. I was skeptical of most companies that just 'show up" but Will actually said "I don't think you have enough damage" for a claim and promise to check in periodically. After a winter of windy weather, I reached out to Will and he stopped by and we moved forward. Will's customer service, hospitality, follow up, and thoroughness is hard to beat. He walked us through the entire process, interceded on our behalf when need be and sometimes just checked into make sure everything was going well. If you have the need for a roof, etc., I could not recommend Skycon more highly. True professionals, and true to their word.

SKYCON did a great job on my roof! Jose kept me informed and updated EVERY step of the way. (He even handled a mistake made by my insurance company.) Initially he sits down and explains every line on the contract with the homeowner. He also contacts you quickly with any concerns or questions you might have. Never had ANY exterior contractor ever taken the time or trouble to physically cover my bushes so well, both back and front, and clean their mess so thoroughly. They did my 3 roofs all in one day! They repaired all plywood and skylight rot as well. Jose physically went on my roof and took great photos. He didn’t just fly a drone. He explained that dry cracking of black tiles does not show up well on drone photos. His team was punctual and worked together with great precision. You can hire this company with utmost confidence, fair pricing, professionalism and personal SAFETY.

Jose and his crew did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. He was transparent, explained the entire process and worked with our insurance company on the claim. He showed us detailed photos before, during and after, and also repaired gaps in the siding. He was able to accommodate our schedule, result was A+. Highly recommend.

Skycon replaced our 24 years old roof in April 2024. We were very satisfied with their work throughout the process. That process actually began a couple of years back. Will Blanco came by our house back in late 2022. He offered to assess our roof to see if there was enough damage that would warrant our insurance company to cover roof replacement. We often had roofing companies that stopped by making the same offer. I did not think much of it. Will was persistent but no pushy. He came back in the Spring and Fall of 2023 and said our roof was still ok. I think it was around Feb 2024 that we had some bad weather. I contacted Skycon and another roofing company to come and assess our roof. This time both companies said there was enough damage that they thought our insurance company would be willing to cover the roof replacement cost. We decided to go with Skycon because they offered to install an upgraded shingles without additional cost. More importantly we really like working with Will Blanco. He guided us through the entire process from submitting insurance claim until job completion. He provided the claim adjuster with all the necessary documentation to justify us receiving roof replacement coverage from the insurance company. We have solar panels on our roof. When the insurance company paid for our roof replacement, they also paid for the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels which was a very costly endeaver as well. Anyway, we highly recommend Skycon. If you have Will Blanco as your project manager, you cannot go wrong.

I worked with Mr. Will Blanco of Sky Contracting to have my roof replaced and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with my insurance company on my behalf to coordinate the payment schedule (which he explained to me in detail) and he was on-site the day of the installation to oversee the work of the contractors. Everyone was on time, stayed on task, and they even repaired my roof vents which were also in bad shape. My front and back yards were also cleaned up as soon as the roof installation was completed. Very professional crew all the way around. I would recommend Will and Sky Contracting to anyone.

The Skycon team was very professional from the intial consultation to the installation and beyond. They walked us through the insurance process and kept us up-to-date on approvals, payments, etc. The installation team was very careful not to damage any of our many plants, bushes, and trees. When they were finished, they took great care in making sure our yard was clear of rogue nails and other roofing debris. The installation crew arrived on-time and finished the roof within the estimated timeframe. Since having the roof installed last summer, the company representative has checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything is well and we have no issues. We have not had any problems with the roof and are quite happy with the Skycon team!

Jose and his team are very good at what they do. We were happy with the installation of our new roof and they cleaned up nicely, picked up nails etc. Also, they took aerial photographs every step of the way, with a drone, including the removal of the old roof and progressive pictures of the new roof being installed.

Several companies knocked my door offering free roof inspection. Will from Sky Contracting was just on the right time I was ready to agree on the free inspection. After 20 mins he showed me pictures of damaged areas. Contacted the insurance and they came for inspection/estimate. Theirs was very different and lot smaller. Contacted Will again who came and took lot more pics and added notes on each. This time insurance agreed on full roof replacement. I had tight schedule so Will and Jose came and we had a detailed chat and they agreed to finish on my schedule. On the work day, Jose and his team of 12 arrived on time and to my surprise they were done in one day. I could here banging everywhere on the roof (hard working). Before end of the day, everything was clean and the new roof shines. Will came during and after the work and took many pictures and videos (using a drone). Very professional and very prompt communication thru the whole process. Can not be happier with the experience and definitely recommend them. Thank you Will, Jose and the 12 Sky Contracting team members who worked on my roof.

I'm a very picky customer but, Skycon's Will's demeanor and behavior (along with Jose) won me over (as well as my wife). They were very professional and attentive to all questions and concerns from the project's discovery phase to the interactions with both myself & insurance and to the completion of the roof replacement. The installation was completed on the scheduled day with, fortunately, no rain delays. Skycon's installation crew was very professional; still, Will made sure the crew had cleaned up properly the mess once the job was completed.

Jose and his team were very professional. They stand behind there work. I mistakenly thought there might still be a leak, after the roof was replaced. They came out right away to take a look at it. It turned out that it was old staining from before the roof replacement, but they fixed it anyway, no fuss no charge.

In the end, what you want is a company that has the skills required to do a quality job, and the character to follow-up after the job is completed. I definitely recommend Sky Contracting!

FIVE STARS for the FANTASTIC team at Sky Contracting! My roof was quite damaged by wind and hail. From first meeting to finishing the job, this company is entirely PROFESSIONAL. They submitted the claim for me, it was approved. There was EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION between Sky Contracting, myself and also with the insurance company. On installation day, the very SKILLED CREW showed up promptly. They worked efficiently together. The install took one day. Very Impressed with the care they took for my home and it's surroundings. Once installed, photos of the BEAUTIFUL NEW ROOF were taken with their drone and submitted to the insurance company. Clean up was careful, thorough and very complete. First off let me say, we needed a new roof badly but I was very wary of the process and lost on where to start.

Our neighborhood has so many solicitors that knock on doors selling windows, roofs, Jesus, you name it - so I was especially leery of the process, in general.

By absolute chance and fortunate circumstance, my parents were getting their roof done and recommended their contractor - they said he was incredibly thorough, kind, professional, and helped them through the process of getting the roof covered through their insurance.

**Note: going through insurance is what actually scared us the most. We've never put in any claim of any sort and honestly didn't even know you could go through your home insurance for something like this. Will our rates go up?? But, after all, our roof was damaged purely from weather related incidents over the years (rain, wind, hail, etc). I guess that's what homeowners insurance is for - who knew?

Anyway, Jose is the guy who is there for you from the beginning until the end. So, for him to be here every step of the way was VERY reassuring. He's extremely nice, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. For him, the customer always comes first. You never leave any conversation with him having any questions, doubts, or concerns. When you have any questions/concerns that you just remembered/forgot to ask, he will promptly answer, whether it's a phone call, text, or email.

When the day comes that you are getting your roof, siding, gutters, etc. done, they are finished within the day. They are very respectful and very thorough. They don't leave any mess and they go the extra mile for you. Example: we got a charcoal/black shingle colored roof so they painted our ugly and dated vents (i.e. exhaust fan vents, attic fans, etc.) to match the roof and it looks amazing!

I very rarely write reviews, especially for a company, because it's not that often I'm this happy with a service from a company. But, Jose and Sky Contracting were so incredible throughout, from start to finish, I had to write a review of my experience. I'm that confident in them!
