Sky Roofing did an excellent job reroofing a small shed for me today, including replacing most of the roof sheeting. They were responsive, skilled, and left the site clean. The pricing was a good value for the work performed. I called on Sunday, they came out and gave me a quote on Monday, and did the work on Wednesday. Highly recommended

I want to thank Carlos and his crew so much for the outstanding job they did on replacing my roofs plywood and roofing.after old plywood was removed several of the truss structure were noticabley rotted.they never skipped a beat and had material and expertise to rebuild roofs structure.a new roof is a expense all home owner regret and hopefully get a good contractor.these guys made the experience so nice with there attention to detail with no shortcuts.so if it's time to pull the trigger fire it there way you won't be disappointed with your choice.thank again to Carlos and his crew of courteous hard workers.

Right from the beginning, when Carlos arrived having already done research on the dimensions of my roof, and then using a small drone to get close up images of the roof as it was, to our discussion of the process and the cost (very reasonable), I felt like I was dealing with dedicated, thorough, and seasoned professionals.

They arrived early to get the job started, they are very professional and replace my roof beautifully! It only took two days to finish the work, and they keep working site clean and make sure I don’t need to clean much after. They even help me replace my house wall side vinyl, for free! Such a nice guy! High recommended!

Sky Roofing Renovations was punctual, competent, and helped me resolve a construction flaw in a sunroom roof that’s been a problem. They followed up post roofing to support additional work to make the job even nicer by finding a gutter company to install rain barrels with copper rain chains which add an element of cache and functionality. I am an avid gardener and this is a feature the fits my esthetic.

Carlos provided a detailed estimate and adhered to it. My 130 yr old house has multiple roof levels and is very steep. The workers were respectful of my property and protected plantings. They worked quickly and quietly, did a total cleanup and provided me photos of new roof. I would highly recommend Carlos and team.

After calling Sky Roofing Renovations and requesting an evaluation of the condition of my roof, I was very impressed with the salesperson/owner Carlos of this company. He was very informative and showed me every area of concern and confirmed what another company had told me prior to his visit. This quote was much more reasonable. Carlos and his team did a great repair job on my roof. We had large leaking problem with water going into our garage. Carlos drew up a fair estimate to have his team build what's called a cricket, lay down new PVC matting, and redoing our shingles for the area that was worked. They even patched a hole and fixed a section of our gutter without charging us. I would happily recommend Carlos and his team to anyone looking for roofing repair.

Sky Roofing Renovations exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time and were efficient. They delivered high quality work installing solar vents on our roof and also ensured that quality vents for our range and bathroom were added with minimal extra charge. They went above and beyond m ensuring all vents matched and this quality installation ensured solid functioning with pleasing aesthetics. They also do solid structural repair on joists. We got the roof redone that had a deck on it. It is a small area (135 sq ft). The current roof did not drain properly because of a lack of pitch on the roof towards the drainage area. The folks at Sky Roofing Renovations did an excellent job addressing the issue. They installed a new PVC membrane, and I am hoping the new membrane will last for a long time.

Carlos worked with us from the start, with an estimate and very flexible with scheduling due to bad weather. The crew did an excellent job with the romoval of the old roof which is two layers. They protected my yard with tarp and celaned up when they were done. Overall experience was great and will recommend to people I know.
