I couldn’t be more pleased with our remodel. Larry and crew were always punctual, friendly and considerate. Their craftsmanship far exceeded expectations and they finished in record time. The cost was very reasonable and we’ve already hired him for another project.

Larry is super nice , informative and thorough. He was always here when he said he would be. He actually came in to fix another contractor’s screw ups . He and his guys did a great job !! We are already planning to have him come back for more upgrades. Highly recommend you give him a call if you want no bs and quality work .

Used for kitchen remodel including tiling and tearing down a wall. Great work and quick communication! Will use again and highly recommend!

He made updates to an older home and made it Beautiful ... He is the Best Contractor to work with. I’m so glad to have found Sky Contracting!! Larry gave us a reasonable quote for replacing our porch floor and rebuilding our back steps. But we were happy with way more than the price—Larry was easy to get in touch with, could fit us into his schedule quickly, and knew what he was talking about when he came to give a quote. Larry and his team worked hard on our project and it is beautiful!!! We are looking forward to working with Sky Contracting again as we continue to renovate.

Update! We've since hired the Sky Contracting crew to do more work, and we've been absolutely thrilled with their quality every time. They've scraped and painted the soffits, ripped out an old floor and leaky tub and put in Stainmaster flooring and a new tub/shower surround, poured concrete steps for our basement and even raised a sagging area of the house. They also installed fold-down attic stairs. I'm probably forgetting something!! Larry and his team work incredibly hard and are super knowledgeable. It's worth getting on his schedule!! He always shows up on time and communicates any problems or questions. When our bathroom tub arrived damaged, Larry DROVE TO LOUISVILLE to get the exact same model so we wouldn't have any delays. Just above and beyond. THIS is the reliable team every homeowner dreams of having on speed dial. Thanks again Larry and Sammy!!!

Larry recently remodeled two bathrooms in our house here in Frankfort. He is a conscientious and professional contractor and you will find that you can depend on him to do what he says and to offer good advice when needed. I would recommend him for any construction related project and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Larry did an amazing job on the pergola over our existing patio and adding a new deck. Very precise with his measurements and workmanship. He continued to ask questions throughout the project, making sure we got just what we wanted. Would definitely use again.

Larry remodeled my bathroom by putting in a walk-in shower, new flooring, toilet, and painting. He did an excellent job with the shower and the floor. He was extremely neat and cleaned up every day. He made sure that I knew what was happening at the end of every day. We had some challenges getting the shower (not his fault); so between the weather and getting the shower, the job took longer than expected. i highly recommend Sky Contracting.

Highly recommend! Larry demolished an existing, leaky tile shower in our master bathroom and replaced it with a new fiberglass shower. Along the way, he repaired/replaced some troublesome plumbing, added insulation, and replaced a toilet. He arrived on time every day, took steps to not make a mess in the rest of the house, and cleaned up after himself each day and at the end of the project. He kept us updated on his progress and, overall, just did a great job in a very professional manner.

Larry and his crew from Sky Contracting did good work for me at a fair price. Larry was honest and told me that some of the work I had requested was not needed. So he was flexible as the nature of the project changed but I am quite satisfied with the results. I will use him again.

Larry built one wall to complete a screened in patio. He did an excellent job. Always on time, neat, professional. I will hire him if I need a handyman in the future.
