Sky Blue Roof Repair

We had a leak in our roof after all the storms. We didn’t know where the leak was. Saw this gentleman working on my brothers house two doors down. He came and had a look, found the leak and fixed it. Very affordable and very quick work. Just in time before the next storm!

Searched locally for someone who could seal around tubes and flashing on my roof. Everyone told me they weren’t able to help me until next week. Julio came out at 7am sharp and fixed my flashing as well as several other issues I had with my roof. I plan to use him for my preventative maintenance moving forward. Fantastic work.

This was the worst home repair experience I have ever personally had. We called Julio, he was late to the appointment but we figured he was busy and gave him the benefit of the doubt. We have a tile roof on our patio cover, he agreed to remove the tile and replace the barrier under the tile for $600. He came to fix it and when we tested it, it now has about 8 different leaks instead of 2. The really bad part is that he still expected us to pay him for leaving the job worse than he found it. We did compensate him for materials to try to be fair and not take advantage because it was hot, but truly they deserved -0- compensation. I would never use this company again. I feel very taken advantage of.

Quoted my grandmother $300 for her roof repairs, only ended up doing half of what he quoted her for (the least laborious/expensive), and then still wanted $300 for what he did (which was realistically more like $50). My grandmother resisted and wanted to pay him $150, because he only did half of what he quoted her for, but he ended up leaving with $240.

Definitely would've been a different story had I been there, but unfortunately I was at work.

I would not use this company. On the business card it says Julio Cesar Perez is the owner. He initially came to do the work, but we had a problem with part of his work. I called him back to fix it, and he kept avoiding me, so I told him that I was going to handle it through the Construction Industries Department. He texted me back and told me to chill the f*** out and go ahead.
