Dave came to my house to help me figure out a problem with my patio shades. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely knows his stuff, and cares about his customer. I will use him again in the future for certain.

Wow! Such great service!

Our railings were installed by Skip's Awnings when we built the house 7 years ago, and we needed to get them repaired. They came out, did a great job, and didn't even charge us! Will definitely be referring anybody needing work like this done here!

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. I had a great experience with them. I had an issue with my awnings/shades that someone else installed. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate. They are busy so they had to schedule out a couple weeks which is entirely reasonable. They were in contact with me when they were able to schedule a time; they worked with my schedule. They showed up with their team on time/early. The team finished the repair quicker than expected, so they were VERY fair by adjusting their quote.
They were very honest, friendly, professional, respectful, dependable, diligent, timely, fair, and reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them and/or recommend them.
My experience was consistent with the other positive reviews. I assume that the negative reviews were caused by other factors beyond Skip’s control, such as having other customers that they have to attend to because they provide a good, honest service. It’s rare to encounter businesses that are run this well anymore.

Just had Skip's install pergola on new deck. Material was ordered in a timely fashion, installers were efficient and extremely polite. Super happy with the final product. Would absolutely recommend Skip's Awnings.

Customer service is great. I first used their service was more than 10 yrs ago. Dave is great, very professional and personable. Two thumbs up.

What great service! Free estimate to replace deck roofing and called as they headed here to get work done. Very nice young men did the work, tolerated my barking dogs and everything was great. I like to praise good work and you can count on this company.

I rarely post positive reviews, as contractors should do a top-notch job as that is what they get paid for. However, I'll make an exception for Skip's Awnings, as the pergola they Installed on our patio is awesome! It turned out even better than what we expected. I tried to find a post or slat that wasn't perfectly level, but could not find any even a tad bit off. The crew showed up at their appointed time (unlike so many other contractors we've dealt with in the past), were efficient, courteous, and left our patio and lawn spotless.

Skip finally returned a call after a few days and shows to review our project.. says he will have an estimate in a couple days. After 5 weeks we call and ask how is our estimate coming along and the receptionist apologies for the delay and says she will make sure he returns our call... a week has gone by and we are still waiting. Business must be really good for Skip. .

We just had a beautiful awning put up.
It is amazing. They did an awesome and amazing job. The crew was awesome. Would recommend them and would have them work for us again.

About 8 years ago, we had this massive custom pergola installed over our grass. Now it's a patio, too! (Broke the Spokane projection record from a house!) Dropped the temperature 20-25 degrees (South facing). These guys were great! Now they're getting ready to move a portion of it so we can get a new roof. Have every faith in their work. Oh! And, a new bid coming for western sun drop shades. So excited!

The owner came out within two days of calling for an estimate and provided a quick, accurate estimate. His crew came out a few weeks later for installation of an aluminum patio cover. They were on time, friendly, and efficient, putting the cover up in two hours. They didn't require payment until after installation. We are very happy with the service, the product, the construction and the price.
