BEWARE - this guy is not reliable. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache. He claimed to look at a leaking toilet and said there was no issue. When my tenant confirmed the toilet was still leaking, he made up a number of stories as to why he didn’t catch it before. He’s unstable and will not give you straight answers before he starts yelling at you and calling you names.
Eli did another job for me! Removed an existing shed and built me this beautiful cedar wood deck and new fencing to match. Perfectly level and exactly what I wanted. He’s the man!
