Personable representatives who are easy to communicate with! Very thorough inspection, helpful consultation, and quick work done the day of to demolish our chimney and roof over it. The worksite was left clean when the job was done.

I just had Afton and Chase leave our home after initial inspection. It’s raining today and my chimney is extremely tall so we elected to do work later.

But I have been impressed with the level of responsiveness seen since my first call to Sandra who works in the office. Every call is returned promptly leaving you with a feeling your needs will be addressed in a professional manner.

Because of the height of my chimney and the pitch of the roof a lift will be required to do repairs. To save cost Afton is scheduling my job at the same time he needs a lift for another job. That makes good sense to me.

At any rate when job is completed I will get back with final comments.

But so far their level of customer service has exceeded my expectations.

P.S. called and email a local competitor 3 times and never got a response.

Afton and Mike clearly explained the work that needed to be done on the chimney, showed photos of the wear and tear in the flue so that I could understand its condition, and finished the chimney cap installation with great professionalism. I now have the best and most secure chimney cap on the block and the squirrels and birds have to go elsewhere! We didn’t get the flue repair done because we never use the fireplace, but we did get the cleaning because of the animals that had been living in there (and dying in there) over the years. Afton and Chase did that job very quickly and efficiently. Great team!

Our Technician was friendly , on time and courteous. I requested an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and even though they were closed the owner emailed me back the same day and set up the appt for the next day.
