I called a couple of weeks ago to rent a dumpster for a roofing project at a rental property. I spoke with a really nice gentleman on the phone and set the rental up to be delivered on or before the 9th of July which was the day the project was going to be started. The dumpster was not delivered. I tried to contact the company by phone on the 9th later in the day and only received the answering machine so I left a message. I have left several messages, and emailed them as well and have not gotten a single response from them. It is now the 13th of July and still no dumpster and not a single response to all my messages. The roofers have been piling the old shingles on the ground. I understand that things can happen..however I do not understand why they haven't answered my phone calls, voicemails, or emails. I finally contacted another company and have a dumpster being delivered tomorrow. I would not rent from this company again and would not recommend them.

I am completely remodeling a house and have used these guys for 4 dumpsters, after getting my first from someone else. They have great service and prices! They also are flexible, I needed a dumpster a couple extra days and worked with me. I won't use anyone else now after finding them.
