They installed a new roof and gutters. It was a smooth process. One day for the roof and a few hours to the gutters on another day. Hit a few snags with street repairs being done on my street and some plywood needing replacing, but they kept on track. Very happy with how it all turned out. Highly recommend.

The crew did an amazing job!! I had 6 single pane windows replaced and can already tell the difference. They were here on time and fast but made sure the work was done right. Responsive Roofing installed a new roof on my 25 year old house. From the inspection, quote and installation there was nothing but professionalism. The quote provided detailed each item to be installed including the number of nails on each shingle. There was no ambiguity on the scope of work and the given a 2-3 week timeline that was met even with rainy weather recently. The install crew protected my windows from damage and laid out tarps to catch the debris. Start to finish a quality company that I would use again if I have a need, maybe windows in the future.

Great experience working with Responsive Roofers. Their name says it all. I called Ron, he was at my house within hours of calling him and I had a quote for the job just as fast.
I could be happened how the job turned out. They repaired some siding and replaced fascia on the side of my house. The crew was at my house about an hour. They were on time, professional and respectful of my property. I’m going to be replacing my roof soon and Responsive Roofers are the guys I’m calling for a new roof.

I needed a new roof and my insurance company refused to pay for it. I couldn’t find a roofer in my area that would even came out or that wasn’t going to cost me a fortune. A friend referred me to responsive roofing and I called – GLAD I DID – these guys are awesome!!! The sales rep Jean Paul came out the next day and gave me a quote and explained it all to me that day. Jean Paul had his crew out here in two weeks. I have a very large roof and it only took the crew two days to do it. (A complete tear off with three layers of shingles and replaced many sheets of plywood). The guys worked hard, done a great job and were very friendly. The jobsite was cleaned up above my expectations. They even swept out my garage and blew the debris off my porch. They went above and beyond with this job. Communication was excellent through the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Responsive roofing are the guys to call!!!

Responsive Roofing replaced the roof on our house and garage 7 years ago.
Recently after some storm damage to the front rain gutter on my house I had to find someone to repair them.
I called owner Ron of Responsive Roofing. He stopped by that day and accessed the damage. I also got a estimate on replacing another section of rain gutter. Ron sent me the estimate within a couple of hours and answered any questions I had concerning this project. The replacement work was done within a week. I Love my new gutters!

They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would, provided the estimate while they were here, did an excellent job on my roof replacement and completed it when they said it would be done. Responsive Roofing was first on the job to assess a storm induced water leak and provide accurate details for root cause of leakage and several secondary roofing flaws that needed attention. Very professional staff. The roofers actually left a small portion of the facing undone but the response was excellent and the oversight fixed in under 48 hours. They didn't ask for payment until the job was complete to my satisfaction which to me is the sign of a class organization.

I had JP come to my house to look at a hole a branch had caused. I was fully expecting to be armvteisted into some sales pitch of a new roof that they can do. JP patched it after a few hours of trying find MATCHING shingles. Double checked my roof and wasn’t trying sell a new roof but trying to sell me a person I can trust. Had an all around fantastic experience, from start to finish, with Responsive Roofing. Ron came out exactly when he said he would, kept me up to date on when the install would be and changes due to weather. The workers were so efficient and stayed from morning until night to get the job done in a timely manner. Ran into a hiccup along the way and Ron immediately made it right. Responsive Roofing made time almost immediately to check on a small spot on my ceiling. He patched up what he thought was the culprit. A month later, we had more spots. This time Responsive Roofing sent a whole crew to look at our roof. They spent a good hour hammering nails & inspecting shingles.
After their work was done, Responsive Roofing advised us that the issue is not the roof, but quite possibly our attic. He gave us a name & number of a reputable company and was honest with us about how imperative it is to get it looked at.
Responsive Roofing did not charge us for either visit.

I built a 12 x 12 shed and decided not to do the roof myself. Those days are long past. I called RR on a Saturday morning to see if and when they might be able fit me in. They had a crew here first thing Sunday morning and got it done. Looks great and couldn't be happier.

There were even two females on the crew that may just of outworked a few of the others. The gutters were quilky intalled by Bulldog gutters and were so well installed he put my last ones to shame.
