We needed to get our roof replaced after having our twin girls, but insurance decided that they only wanted to cover a third of our cost so sipe roofing stepped in and helped us through the claims process to get full coverage of our roof replacement and it has been stellar results. I couldn’t hope for more

Still in the early stages of working with Billy, but I am already very impressed and happy with his service! A tree fell on my house during the storms recently. I sent a message through his Google forms and he called me in less than an hour, and showed up the following day to remove the tree! - I was expecting for them to just come check out the site to give an estimate! They took pics for insurance, inspected attic from inside, tarped the roof up, and have been great about giving me all necessary information about how everything works with insurance. I am very pleased so far! I will update once everything has been fixed!

My roof was leaking to the point. I needed to put a bucket to catch the water. I called my insurance company. My insurance company wanted to give me the runaround for the third time so I called a contractor SIPE I spoke to the owner of the company explained what was going on and within four hours. He was out at my house on top of my roof securing my roof And making sure that I didn't get any more damage and now I will wait and see but so far so good I will review again for the final after the fact, but right now they have proven to be number one in my book to get the job done thank you SIPE

Sipe converted a garage to an apartment. Billy was great to work with. Very professional but also caring. He completely stayed on top of progress and workmanship of each sub contractor. He worked with our budget which was most important to give us the most bang for our buck. We were very satisfied!

Somebody from their comp showed up to our house unannounced, and then proceeded to walk around our entire house on our property, peering into windows. We had no idea who this person was, until he finally left and left with the materials saying who he was from. Just cuz you're a salesperson doesn't give you a right to go around wandering all over other people's property and to be looking through the house at various times. I don't know what he was looking for in the windows of the house, but the whole thing was highly off putting.

What a roofing crew and what a great job of removing old shingles to go to truck without moving truck off driveway ! It was amazing to watch how organized ,fast and efficient the whole process Played out! I would highly recommend this company.

A tree fell on Mom’s house/front porch during Hurricane Michael 10/11/18 and did a lot of roof and structural damage to the living room and porch. Billy Sipe was very prompt to assess damage and had his crews on site quickly. Everything was done professionally and in time for us to have Christmas in the living room as planned. Mr. Sipe is a outstanding and honorable man who responded in less than 24 hours for what I thought was a emergency. He went on my roof and found out what the culprit was to what I thought to be a roof leak. He identified the issue the issue and was honest. He could have been Like other contractors or roofers and sucked me dry. He was extremely honest and took me for everything I had but he was honest and reliable. My home got some damage from the tornado that came through Greensboro two weeks ago. I already have a new roof, and it looks great! You cannot go wrong with Billy Sipe General Builders & Roofing! Billy built our home many years ago and we’ve been very pleased. When we decided to add a garage a few years ago, we immediately called him again ... 6 months later we had a 2-car garage and breezeway that looks like it was built at the same time as the house. Today, during a rain storm, we discovered a leak in our hallway ceiling. We called Billy and he was at our door within 2 hours! He put a tarp over the leak (in the freezing rain) as well as talked us through the insurance process. Call Billy Sipe when you’re building, adding on, remodeling, roofing, etc!
