Simpson Unlimited, Inc. Installed our roof at 8101 Connecticut Avenue. The project consisted of 175 unit, three seven story buildings and was completed less than a year ago. The three and a half million dollar contract was completed on time, on budget, and passed county inspection
as soon as it was ready for final inspection. There were a number of instances where Simpson could have taken advantage of extras but did not. Their professionalism, honesty and knowledge of the project made my job of owner rep a truly rewarding experience. The team of Matt Stromberg, Carlos, the general superintendent and Larry the specialty foreman as well as a strong accounting department made for a winning combination. Too bad I won't be around in forty years to do it over again.

Simpson's work has been consistently excellent.
Their roof inspections and repairs have resolved many long standing problems with no call backs or leaks after service.

Their work on our balcony project was efficient, complete and well done. Again, no call backs or issues after their service.

I look forward to calling on Simpson when needs arise as I know their work is excellent. I called on them because of their excellent work on another project I managed, with same good results.

Had 3 roofing companies come out, could never find my leaks. Has these guys out and in less than 2 days found the leaks and fixed them. Needless to say, I will be using them again and again.

I am sharing this review outside of the company I work for and reflects my views and my views only.

We hired Simpson for the work at TVAR Glenmere in Rockville. Scope of work was paver installation and green roof installation. I worked most closely with Matt in the office. The crews were kind and polite, as was Matt. I had no issues with paperwork or quality of installation of work, including material suggestions. I would work with them again.

Cannot say enough about Dan, AJ and the crew that had at Fairgate, this crew did not relax one minuet until the job was done and the equipment could be installed. They did while time was very critical and in between the rain as well.
Great JOB was performed by all.

Simpson Unlimited has been my sole roofing contractor for over 10 years at multiple commercial building properties. They are always prompt with their pricing when a job requires a pre-approval. They always do quality work and their guys always skilled. They always show their me the repairs that were made and always clean up after themselves. I have come to know most of the guys by name. I use Simpson unlimited solely because I know I can rely on them to do the job right. I trust them enough that I have them do the inspections and repairs of all my roofing.
