If you have American Home Shield, they will send Leak Seekers out to deny plumbing issues. We had a leaking shower head that would not turn off. When we attempted to turn it off, the brittle 30 year old plastic valves busted. Leak Seekers wrote a diagnostic like we forcefully broke our own faucet in order to deny the claim. That doesn’t even make sense, nobody would break their own shower faucets. It is clear that Leak Seekers works for AHS and prefers to deny claims and make customers pay out of pocket for items that should be covered.

Also, they quoted nearly $800 for what they called “a simple 2 hour repair.” Yikes!

Leek Sneakers were referred by my warranty company. The technician came to my home to replace the install in my toilet. He replaced the flap with a broken arm. Then refused to come back out and replace there defective product. When I called the owner starts yelling at me. Do not do business with them. They do not honor there work.

Yall sent Dustin to my house today, and he was the best. If this guys ask for a raise GIVE IT TO HIM. He was so cool and knew exactly what he was doing . Thanks a lot Dustin . Never lose this guy

Highly recommend. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Dustin was prompt, helpful, and professional. He listened to our explanation of the issue and went straight to work. Recommended a fix we had not contemplated and the work was done straight away. Will call them again when I need a plumber again.

Leak Seekers Plumbing did an excellent job! From scheduling and notifications to communication onsite and expertise. Dustin recognized and fixed the problem and was very easy to work with.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They have zero response to customers after the initial visit (which they were very easy to get the first time!). I've been trying to reach them since Monday and every time it immediately goes to voicemail, which they don't return (left a message Monday, and it is Thursday). They work for AHS and do the bare minimum to collect money. I wish I coud have chosen a different company. I have let AHS know. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you are not forced to use them through AHS! And if you get the choice before the come out, request a different company so you are not tied to them.

Recommend them highly! I called yesterday for appointment to get my garbage disposal repaired. In less than 24 hours it is up and running. That’s what I call service!

Rapid response and evaluation of the problem. The problem turned out to be a non-plumbing issue and they provided an expert opinion on how to fix it.

Leak Seekers came to me via my home warranty policy. I put a service request in at approximately 0530 and by 0830 I received a call from them to schedule an appointment time. They came out that very day and in less than an hour the leak beneath my kitchen sink and leaking shower valves were repaired. The tech was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain and show me what he had done.

I highly reccomend Leak Seekers and they will be my "go to" plumbing company from now on. Many thanks to them for a job well done!

Leak Seekers is an extremely professional and trustworthy company. They communicated rapidly and effectively when setting up a convenient service appointment. Upon arrival, their plumber kindly listened to me about the problem, rapidly fixed it (to my great amazement!), and the new part perfectly matched the existing fixtures. They were not able to accommodate my schedule and put me in a terrible position. Had to leave tech at my home because I had to go pick up my child. I requested them to go underneath my house (crawl space) to tighten the pipes to the wall and they did not (which was in the work order). Was not very informative on any “found issues” I had to keep prying questions to gain a better understanding. Turned in water which they told me was a leak but it actually was water spraying all over my washer in my laundry room then left the water there to sit, didn’t even wipe it up. Worlds worst experience ever

Updates: Kaylee just called me back to reprimand me and give me a piece of her mind. When I said how could you just leave the water there she stated “ ma’am we’re not water Litigation.” Mind you I just had a pipe burst in my home and I have fans running trying to get water/moister out of my house. And they call me to yell at me. Wow I feel like a true valued customer

In addition, the assigned plummer Jay, was very courteous, which is refreshing.

We are having issues with our water heater not keeping as much hot water as it should. Jay came out and had everything fixed inside of 30 minutes today. 10/10 second Time I have used leak seekers and second time I have been extremely happy with the service and professionalism.

This company called me quickly to schedule an appointment within 12 hours. The man who came had a clean cut appearance in addition to being very knowledgeable about all three of my different plumbing issues. He was professional, polite and promptly took care of my concerns while leaving with a smile on his face. Honestly, I was completely surprised because my last two plumbing problems took months to finish the job. I would definitely call them again and forward their contact information to both family and friends.

Excellent service from the first call to the completion of the job. My water heater died new years eve and they got someone out to me that afternoon, assessed the situation and worked with my home warranty company and on new years day Dustin came. Not only did he replace the heater he made sure it was up to current codes and explained things so clearly. I am beyond pleased with the people and the work done. Thanks to them we had nice long showers within 24hrs of the initial call

These guys called right away to schedule the visit. Tech called me on his way over and showed up right on schedule. Looked at the issue and had the part on his truck. Took time to make sure it was done correctly and also a quick look and check to be sure gas was not leaking. Very impressed.with the service and definitely recommend them.

American Home shield sent company to our house to fix a leaky toilet. The seal in the tank was leaking. The only time it leak was when you flushed the toilet. Well after there liar half butt so called plummer tighten up the seal to much it cracked the toilet bowl. Now I have water everywhere. We have to buy a new toilet. I would never use these liar's again. I am reporting them to BBB. American Home Shield always uses crappy companies!

They are very prof3ssiinal and prompt. I really didn't think they would fix my issues the same day as the initial call from dispatch. My technician was very nice and explained the issue. He even gave me tips on how to avoid it in the future

We bought a home and the previous owners’ home warranty company hired them to fix a leaky faucet before closing.

We just moved in. The leak was NOT fixed, but they said it was, and since it’s been more than 30 days, they’re demanding we pay them again for work they didn’t do the first time around.

It’s a scam. Avoid.

Referred via AHS. I was nervous going in blind, but Kaylee got back w me as quickly as she could & worked my emergency into her already packed schedule. It seemed obvious she has a tough logistical job, that she handled w grace. Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, honest, found & fixed the leak fast! I'm glad to have them in my contact list if I ever find myself in this situation again.

I contacted my home warranty about a leak from my garbage disposal. Leak Seekers contacted me the same day to schedule service the next day. The technician was on time and very professional. He confirmed the problem and replaced the unit, then double checked to ensure that resolved the problem. He also advised us that he could see and smell mold, and advised us to contact a contractor to replace the under cabinet flooring as soon as possible. He sprayed for mold but that would not correct the underlying problem. I appreciate his professional advice and courtesy.

Do not use this company, they do not return phone calls and they are extremely unprofessional. My home warranty sent this company to my home to repair a clog. I’m a single mother and both floors of my home flooded. The plumber found two clogs one in the bathroom sink and one in the toilet. I paid the fee of $100. Wayne told me he could not print the report or give me a receipt he said it would have to be emailed. They have never given me the report needed to file with my insurance company. I have called numerous times and even went to the address listed on google. Please do yourself a favor and “seek” help elsewhere.

My mother and I had the pleasure of dealing with ****Marcus Oree (supv) and Lyles Banks (driver) - COLUMBIA, SC AAA**** after our tow was cancelled incorrectly. They were so nice and apologetic for the mistake and were efficient and diligent with getting our car on the tow, even when their credit card machine was not operable on site. They took the time to ensure we knew that the charges were resubmitted correctly and waited until the receipt hit my mother's email. The girl who answers the phones is very rude and condescending. American home shield assigned them to us for a leak. Initially the girl was super rude and annoyed that I called. They were finally able to get us on the schedule since we had no water and the guy was in and out quick. So I give the 3 stars for that aspect. However, when I spoke to the girl again, she immediately called me with an attitude and was condescending when I would try to explain my self to her. Because of her I definitely wouldn't do business with them again.

Overall, the experience went well. The gentlemen did a little grease on the bathroom door but easy cleanup. I would recommend this company to others.

I telephoned my home warranty to request service for my garbage disposal as it was leaking from 4-5 different spots. The home warranty told me to expect a call from Leak Seekers Plumbing within 24 hours. To my suprise, within 15 minutes, I received a call asking if I was available THE SAME DAY! Within an hour or two, Leak Seekers Plumbing arrived, diagnosed, & resolved my issue. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the customer service representative & the plumber. My home warranty company assigned Leak Seekings to look at our kitchen sink faucet. They were great at communicating with me. They scheduled a time that was convenient for my family. All my plumbing needs have been completed by this company. Patrick came in and figured out the problem quickly. He explained everything that was needed to fix the problem. In under 45 minutes everything was back to the original state. He gave me post fix instructions which were followed and I am a satisfied customer once again.
