Isaac and his crew came in and got my office squared away and taken care of extremely fast. They were well mannered and extremely informative. I will use them again in the future if I ever need anything. Thank you for the great service!

Carlton and Riley cleaned my carpets and upholstery today. They did a wonderful job and I’m very pleased. These two gentleman were very professional, courteous, and they made sure that everything was to my liking before they left.

RYAN and CARLOS did a great job today. I had my dog loveseat, 2 chairs, and my sofa renewed. They also redid all the stink carpet . I cannot say enough for their professionalism or how much they were such great people to work with. They explained everything when they were leaving and returning as it was about a full day's project.

I had water damage in my bathroom twice in the last month and ServPro of Sumter has handled both of the leaks. This was my first experience with ServPro and I cannot recommend them enough. They are all (from the office people to the managers to the technicians) trained professionals, knowledgeable, respectful of scheduling and so helpful and courteous at every step of the process. They also seamlessly worked with my insurance carrier.
Again, I highly recommend ServPro of Sumter.

I recently had a bad leak under my bathroom sink and SERVPRO of Sumter, specifically Ryan and Eldin, were a delight to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Ryan let me know what to expect as we went through the process and I felt confident that they would work with my insurance company to process my claim. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Sumter.

SERVPRO of Sumter did a phenomenal job with the water damage that I had from a roof leak. They were quick, prompt and courteous. Josh was awesome! He worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure everything was put back perfectly as before the damage. I had dreaded the entire process but it could not have been easier. Josh, Kim, and Kray were very professional and nice. They explained the process to me and what to expect during the drying. They explained to me before leaving everyday what they had done and when they would be back. I would recommend them to anyone that find themselves with a disaster at their home.

Incredible service: professional, responsive, punctual, and great work. We had an appliance leak over the long Thanksgiving weekend (while out of town of course). Came back to a soggy kitchen floor. Called SERVPRO and Duck promptly came next morning to do initial scope/inspection, stopped the leak and scheduled us for removal/drying of the affected area. Duck and his team got us in 36 hours later and great communication about trying to squeeze us in sooner if/where possible. Very transparent about process of working with insurance and what to expect. All around an amazing experience and will use them for any future needs for mitigation or repair.

Daniel, Jake, Duck, Lonnie, Trey and Kray were all professional hard workers. Everyone was punctual which as a full time worker you really appreciate. This is my second time using Servpro for a major water leak and they made it totally stress free. They managed all the steps of this process with promptness and efficiency.

After a previous company failed to complete the job, these guys (Duck, Dequante, Eric, and Jacob were called in. First impressions were great and they had a plan which they explained to me and then carried it out to the end. We utilized the water restoration services recently, due to a waterline leaking into our home. The crews, crew chief, and their manager were beyond compassionate about our situation. They explained every step.

They were thorough from start to finish. Every time they visited to work, or take reading, we were notified well in advance. That was huge. For as much as we’d never want to need that service again, rest assured that if we did, they would be our first call.

Personnel was punctual and professional. Recieved Constant updates and they were indepth on the cleaning process and very informative. Very satisfied and will recommend to anyone who need mold removal.

Pleasant personnel with all concerns due to soot cleanup from a next door fire. I would highly recommend their services.

A fire broke out in our laundry room, totally destroying it a week before putting the house on the market. Lee and his crew walked us through the process, explained what they were going to do, did it, and were always there to answer questions. The laundry room looks better than it ever did, and we were able to sell the house.

Duck and his team were great! Got in the home quick and got right to work cleaning up a very wet and very big area. Duck, their lead man was extra responsive and helpful keeping us up to date on the status and condition of our home. Wonderful job, I'd call them again in an instant, great customer service!

highly recommend! The entire team that came to our house were all VERY friendly, trust worthy, kind, well mannered, polite and the sweetest to our 4 year old. they didn't see much of our 6 year old but I know they would have been the same to him.

I discovered that my toilet flooded two bedrooms, closets, bathroom, and the hallway in my brand new home and immediately called ServPro. They were at my house in less than an hour with their equipment and explanation of what to do to take care of and dry out my flooring so that water would not expand to the walls, etc. Trayvon was the main contact and person in charge of my cleanup. I could not have asked for a better person to show up in this crisis. He was so helpful and empathetic. He was patient in explaining everything they were doing and what the process entailed. He reported to my house each day for several days to check the moisture level and made adjustments as needed to take out equipment not needed or add equipment to areas that were taking longer to dry. Would definitely recommend ServPro.

I Really appreciate the guys that came to my family's rescue. They took the time to find out what was going on and what needed to be done. Mike Hooks was the crew chief for our clean up. He and his crew were respectful of our home and provided quality service. Kept us informed of their progress and helped us throughout this process. I would highly recommend them.

After a hose busted under our kitchen sink while we were away, the Servpro team came to our rescue. Shaun and his crew were quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked with our insurance company to ensure the appropriate steps were taken in order to prevent further damage and clean up the current damage. Unfortunately, the majority of our original hardwood floors had to be removed. Shaun and his crew made this unfortunate process fairly painless and were very helpful and reassuring during a stressful time. Can't recommend them enough!

Duck and his crew are Professionals with a capital P. Don't know what kind of sorcery they did to get the smoke smell out of my sons' room but it's done and done well.

We arrived to an unfortunate water pressure problem that left a saturated third floor bathroom and bedroom thru main floor and all the way down to the first floor standing in 2 inches of water. Shawn and Trevan arrived after hours to begin to remove water from the home. Mike and his team from Servpro did an outstanding job cleaning our home after a kitchen fire. They worked continuously to clean the walls, fixtures, all kitchen items, portraits, everything! We were very pleased with the time it took and their efforts with cleaning up the smoke and soot damage. It was a very pleasant experience during a distressing time.

My house flooded and I called the insurance that same day and they gave me their information. Serv Pro was able to come to my home within 3hrs to start on removing the water. Shawn and Trevon did great work and work over time to get remove the water. Through out my experience they went over and beyond with my home. They keep me in the loop of what was going on and they answered all my questions. I just want to say thank you !!!

Had a flooding on the first and second floor of my brand new home and had to call Servpro to the rescue. Hands down, the best team I have ever seen and worked with. The Production Manager Shaun was very thorough in explaining the process and billing. Duck and Jesse did an amazing service and ensured my home was taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. They definitely put me at easy by explaining the entire process and ensured all my questions were answered.

Water pipe broke in the ceiling (we are built on a slab) and the living room ceiling fell in. We got the water, insulation and debris up off the floor, Servpro came in the next day and did a fantastic job taking out the wet insulation from the attic, cleaning up the sheet rock in the ceiling, placing plastic to cover the 6x6 hole and placing dryers and a dehumidifier in the room to help it dry out completely. They even took our area rug back to their shop, got the water out and dried it. I wasn't going to call as I felt we got up the water and debris but am so glad I did. The folks who came were extremely friendly and efficient, knew more about mold than we did and they really came through for us in areas we would not have thought of. They communicated with our homeowners company and paved the way for us to ensure we were ready for repairs and mold free. So in essence, don't think twice about calling should you have a problem in your home. They handled things we would not have thought of and did a great job of it.

Such a great experience with Duck. He talked us through everything that needed to be done and everything he completed. Truly helped us through this troubling time.

The toilet in my children’s bathroom started leaking. There was nothing but grey water flooding the bathroom and my hallway. Unbeknownst to me, the water leaked through the bathroom linen closet and into my den and into my hallway. The hardwood floors were damaged beyond repair. The water damage was more significant than I initially thought. My insurance adjuster recommended for me to call Servpro in Sumter, SC. It was after hours when I was told to call. I am so impressed with the timely manner in which they responded. Duck and Mike are the two men that came out to assess the damage. They are awesome!!! So down to Earth and answered every question I had. I’m beyond impressed with this company. If anyone needs to have repairs done for water damage I HIGHLY recommend this company.
