I've been a pain in their butt trying to figure out Efficiency Maine rebates and they've been patiently holding my hand through the whole process. The insulation job was done well and professionally and the team gave me options day of as to how they would spray the insulation to accommodate my future projects. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them.

I get all of my plants for gardening here, and most for my home as well. Parents have been coming here since they opened and won't go anywhere else for their plant/tree needs. Plan on going again in the next few weeks.

I emailed several companies about redoing the insulation in our attic. Simplified were the first to answer, they are also local to us. Tim, the owner, was quick to come for a visit and an inspection. He also provided very comprehensive information about insulation. The crew came a few weeks later, so no extensive delays between signing the agreement and the completion of the task.
Keep in mind that this was done in February.
One day to remove the old insulation (the messy part) and half a day to pour the new one. We went from a R11 to a R49 in one day, with an immediate change in indoors temperature. Our heat pump was set to 74F and we could sometimes reach 70 in the main room/kitchen area. The day the insulation was completed, we watched the temperature rise to 72, then I lowered the thermostat to 72 (from 74) and the room temp stayed flat between 71 and 72. Since then, the pump has not been running very hard as it used to in the cold nights.
The working crew was very professional and friendly, careful to keep the messy stuff away and to minimal disruption to the house, even in a cold winter day.
Liane, the office manager, took care of the paperwork, and the rebate application with Efficiency Maine, so the admin work was kept to a minimum for us.
Bottom line: I'd recommend them anytime!

From planning to final installation Simplified Green Homes knocked it out of the park. We had our basement spray foamed and the attic sealed and additional insulation installed. Wow what a difference! The house is not drafty anymore and according to my energy monitor the boiler is only running half as much as before. That should result in roughly $2,500/year in savings on oil. The whole team was great. They completed the job on time and as promised. Thanks again!

We had an area of our house that needed blown-in insulation due to a huge heat loss issue. The job was very small and we understood larger insulation companies' reticence to take on a small job like this during such a busy season. This company, however, did the job for us. We could immediately feel the difference in warmth in the house. Five stars to this company - thanks for helping out the little guy. :-)

This company is absolutely awful I made 3 attempts to get them out to my house to do a insulation qoute and all 3 attempts I got no confirmation call and all 3 time wes a no show no call when I called the office customer service was terrible I would not let them do work on my house if it was free

I called Simplified Green Homes on a Monday. Tuesday I got a call back to schedule an appointment to review my job. Wednesday Tim meets with me to measure. By Friday I had my quotation and we booked the job. The job was done the next week to my complete satisfaction. In today contracting world, this is unheard of. The job was performed by professionals who were polite, did not smoke, were efficient and cleaned up everything. As a general contractor, I already have given their name out to several jobs and will continue to use Simplified Green Homes as my primary insulators. Thanks Again.

Simplified Green insulated the spaces behind the knee walls and above the ceiling in my 1952 cape style home.
The owner came to look at the job and explained what could be done. His crew showed up when scheduled and we're very polite and answered any questions I had. They worked hard and did a reasonable clean up. I would highly recommend Simplified Green for insulation installation.

Great experience from the first contact! We were able to work through the options and cost over the phone and email with pictures and measurements. They were very knowledgeable and offered some great options to better the finished product. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Lots of care was taken to prep any areas that weren't getting spray foamed and when it was all done they left the jobsite as clean as before. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about this company. A real person answered my call within minutes of leaving a message. They have very competitive prices which really doesn't tell the whole story of how good a job they do. Wayne was my technician and he was friendly and informative. I've done light construction work for a number of years and I know when people are cutting corners to save money. Tim and his team are true professionals. I received multiple quotes for basement spray foam and attic cellulose for my home but only Tim walked me through the entire process step-by-step. He answered all of my many questions and even made money-saving suggestions that no one else had thought of. To top it all off, Tim suggested I work through the NH Saves utility program and he guided me through the submission process which ultimately saved me several thousand $ dollars via utility rebates.
