Installing a vent in the attic improved the air flow significantly. We could tell immediately that the upstairs was cooler even in the hottest weather.

I had my roof replaced (plywood and shingles). Walker was very attentive during the inspection, even pointing out things or giving suggestions on parts that other contracters did not mention such as how water would flow to a part of the house that was missing a gutter. He even mentioned that they use lead vents (which after researching, is better for resisting weather that we get) compared to the aluminum that other contracters used. The roofers were also timely and fast, and cleaned up after themselves. They missed a few nails on the ground, so just do an inspection yourself too. My issue is more that I had asked them to get a permit weeks before doing the work. I assumed that would be handled. It's my bad for not checking in, but now the roof is complete but without a permit. I followed through with trying to get a permit post-work (don't do this!) but no progress has been made.

Silverlining Roof have been a godsend for our house: adding attic vents. The installers were very knowledgeable and explained the purpose and advantages and made sure it was all done correctly. The difference in airflow is substantial.

Diego came over today and cleaned the tile roof. He did a great job on the roof but also did a wonderful with clean up!!! That's been the best clean up I've seen with multiple roof cleaners!! Would highly recommend!!

I hired Silverlining Roof LLC to clean my home’s 1,500 sq. ft roof which was heavily covered with moss and to install Zink stripes to reduce future moss growth. Diego did an outstanding job and was very observant of my additional requests. Not only did he do a meticulous job cleaning the roof and the gutters but also cleaned up the mess around the house that inevitably happens when you clean a roof, and he maintained a very friendly and forthcoming attitude. I contacted Silverlining Roof to see if they did moss removal on roofs. I was told yes I am contacting a few other places to get estimates along side the Silverlining roof. I liked what I heard and had them come out and clean the moss off my roof. I had to work during the time they were cleaning it, but when I came home, I was very pleasantly surprised that the roof looked great!

Our experience with Silver Lining Roofing was very positive. Walker (the owner) did a very comprehensive inspection before providing his estimate, and provided a lot of options in his bid. When it came time for the work, the crew was efficient, polite, and thorough, and worked late to complete the tearoff and reroofing in one day! Although we did not get a lot of estimates, my feeling is we probably paid a little more than most roofers would charge, but you get what you pay for, and I believe we got top quality materials and workmanship.

I noticed some water damage on the ceiling. Reading all these good reviews on the Silverlining Roof company, I decided to give them a call and I sure made a right choice. Walker came out the very following day for a diagnosis and saw some leaks on our roof. He thoroughly explained the problems with the pictures he took. He knew some heavy rain was expected soon so he sent his team within 1-2 days to start the job, which I really appreciated. They repaired all of the issues and Walker provided before and after pictures. They have done such a clean and flawless job. Walker is very kind and professional, and the communication is superb. I wish we won't be having any other roof issues, but if anything happens again or we need anything relating to our roof, I've found my roofing company!

The Silverlining Roof team is amazing! I hired them to redo my roof and they were great. From the consultation and installation- everything was smooth. For a company that provides the highest level of service and longest warranty I was worried about pricing but they were actually very reasonable! I received 5 quotes for my roof and they were right in the middle but offered the highest value and did the most work - multiple layers, boots, venting, etc. They did this all in one day and were so professional- basically wrapped my house had the dump truck filled and cleaned the perimeter when they were done. Last but not least, post instalation I had the pleasure of working with Walker who is an absolute gem! He called to check in and make sure I got everything I needed and was extremely attentive and found a way to connect with me after hours to speak to me due to my busy work schedule!
Thanks to the amazing warranty I won't need another roof during my lifetime but will definitely hire them for another project when applicable!

Overall a positive experience. No surprises in the quote. In fact, it was less expensive than what he quoted. He gave it a look and gave me an honest inspection before proceeding. Gave me recommendations and what was needed, and did it in a very timely matter.

Had a second small project I wanted to do regarding a leak. Wow, quick and very efficient. Such a pleasure working with him. Got an honest quote, breakdown of my options, and like that the job was done!
