Silver State Roofing

Had a major leak begin on December 23rd, 2021. “We’ll get back to you in a couple of hours to let you know if we have the materials on hand, or nearby.”

It’s August 6th 2022. Not a word from them. I’ve called, I’ve left voice messages. My wife has called. Nothing. Our roof is still in disrepair. This is hands down the worst business in Fallon, NV. Don’t waste your time, or reward them with your dime.

Silver State Roofing had a repair to do at my next door neighbors home recently. I Had noticed a concrete roofing tile that slid down on the backside of my roof. So I casually walked over and spoke to Jake, the owner of the company. Very professional and knowledgeable, he looked at my roof and also noticed some other needed repairs (broken tiles).

He repaired the tile I indicated and made the other repairs, and I didn’t even have an appointment! And on top of that, he said that the repairs were so minor that there was no charge. I thanked him, and again, he was very professional and was a great pleasure to talk with!

He DID mention that he received a low rating on the review sites but that is only because he is practically a one-man operation, where he is the boss, the clerk, the accountant, and the employee! So please, give him a chance and I know that he will do good quality professional work for you. And after some discussion, I did get him to send me a bill! ;-)

This was a great company to work with. They were responsive to my calls and questions. The new roof was put on as soon as possible and the workers were professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great company.....sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. And the workers were so good that I hardly noticed they were even there left my property in better shape then when they arrived
