My son and I ordered a mirror for silver state and was nothing short of a great experience for the moment we walked in till the installers left a few day later. Solid company!!!

I had an excellent experience with Silver State Glass! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. They replaced a large window in my home and the quality of both the glass and the installation was top-notch. The installers were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Highly recommend Silver State Glass for anyone needing residential or commercial glass work!

Went in looking for some small pieces of glass for a project I was working on. Not only was the front office staff friendly and helpful they were also very knowledgeable and made the order process very easy. If I am in need of any future glass this will be my go to. I couldn't have asked for any better experience.

Wonderful service!! I had a unique piece made of a type of glass I’ve never seen before that needed some work done to it. To my surprise they were able to do what I needed. The price was fair and I’m thrilled with the final result.

I strongly advise against using this company based on my experience. Here’s why:
1. Communication was consistently poor and unprofessional.
2. They measured my windows incorrectly, leaving a hole (no window) in my house for two weeks.
3. Despite paying in full upfront to expedite the process (three business days), the job still took a month to complete, pushing all my contractors and inspectors back and costing me more money.
4. Our salesperson promised a partial refund due to their mistakes, but the owner refused to honor it. What a classy business.
5. They failed to clean up after themselves, leaving broken glass in two rooms, inside my shoes (which I had to throw away), and in my pool drain, which I had to clean myself. They put absolutely nothing down to catch the broken glass. These guys are amateurs.
6. Sealant was left smeared all over the corners of the windows after the install. Again, amateurs.
7. The window frames were scratched and damaged during installation. Once again, they don’t know what they are doing.

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. If an attorney reads this, please reach out.

We have used Silver State Glass & Mirror several times over the past 10 years. They are one of the best companies out there.
