Silver Bear House Care

We have found a keeper with Mike from Silver Bear! He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Mike installed a new dishwasher for us, and as he was checking the electrical line to a new outlet, he discovered an approximate 1” piece of wire where the insulation had worn away, leaving bare copper wire. It was fire hazard that we no longer have, thanks to Mike checking the entirety of the system. Additionally, he showed us the work he was doing as he progressed, answering our questions as we had them.

Mike is also very good at checking in. We first got a four-hour window for our appointment, but we also received a 30-minute call to let us know his arrival time.

Pricing is fair; honesty and transparency make us want to keep Mike and Silver Bear House Care as a definite resource.

Mike installed a microwave for me. He was on time, knowledgeable, and did a great job! He happened to notice a poor installation job that another person did with my dishwasher (and has been driving me nuts the past year). Mike ended up reinstalling the dishwasher for me and it looks 100% better. He also took the time to answer some questions for me. I will definitely be using him for future projects.

Mike was very nice and was willing to drive to Lowe’s and find the the right bracket for my dresser. He fixed it!

I met Mike as he installed my dishwasher for Costco installation services. He was the only contractor to show up on time and was prepared for his job as I moved into my new house and had many items to install and repair. Mike was Lighting fast to get Quote and to Sorce parts and Install the Range Hood through the Kitchen Ceiling and roof to vent, Was a Complicated install because of some 90' degree 8" exhaust Turns to Install in and Through the Attic at the Sweet Spot on the Back side of the Roof, caussing Vent complications but Mike figured it all out Quickly and very thoroughly giving me Clear multiple Options, Mike is very Knowledgable and am Presently ussing his Services for 2 other projects, Thanks Mike!
