Answered all of the questions I had, I assure you I had too many to count, and i’ve never felt more at ease with a process involving the house before. We had a great experience with Sierra Group and would recommend them for any roofing needs. Our Housing Authority, which has 58 apartments and several storage sheds and small gazebos, had no complaints.They never disappointed us in terms of quality products and timely delivery. In addition, their customer service is unmatchable. The entire crew is courteous, knowledgeable, motivated, and proficient. The Housing Authority is very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism Sierra Group has shown while working on our apartments. They have been adequately staffed and supervised the entire time, and everything has been installed to meet code and our specifications. I personally appreciate the many extras Allan and the crew done to make things easier on my part by undertaking and helping me with the administrative processes associated with the project and catering to my requests. You guys pretty much allowed me to simply sit back and admire the progress without experiencing the trials and tribulations that are typically associated with a project like this.
