Siding Depot did an excellent job with the siding and painting on our house. They were prompt professional and gave us great service. Here’s what I liked about them: The sales person was very knowledgeable. They also pointed out some things that I did not need, Which I appreciated. There was good discussion of replacing the trim and corner boards with the newer, hardy plank product, so it would not rot or be susceptible to woodpeckers …. they did not take the quick/ easy way out by just ‘slapping Siding on’. They also showed me how they use a caulking that is highly elastomeric, meaning it stretches and does not shrink and crack like some of the stuff out there. My belief is that this was a quality product applied to help the job last a long time and eliminate future problems.

I did like the fact that they do this every day and they have crews that are very experienced and skilled. The job was very neat and clean and really immaculate. The job was ‘turn key’
Meaning they have their own painters who do the caulking, and you don’t have to hire several different contractors to get the job done. This was also a plus.

I did not price shop so I don’t know where they stand in the realm of prices, but for me quality And a predictably quality outcome based on a company that does this every day was very important to me with a job of the scope. I feel confident that there will not be water intrusion In the future around the areas that they did because of how thorough they were.

This vehicle passed us going probably about 70mph down E. Piedmont Road. We were going the speed limit, which is 45mph, and he passed us like we were standing still. He also approached us in the same lane, then swerved at the last moment to go around us. Definitely reckless driving. Siding Depot, you guys seem to do ok work with siding. I don't know who you have driving these vehicles, but in this instance they acted completely irresponsibly. This took place on November 29th, 2023, at about 5:15 pm.

My wife and I contracted Siding Depot to replace the siding of our home. Siding Depot way exceeded our expectations with the quality of their work, their professionalism throughout this process, and the friendly teams they sent to partner with us in this rather big job.
But first-things-first:
THE START
1) We called 5 different companies with only 2 returned our calls - Siding Depot being one of them - and came to the house for an interview and to provide quotes.
2) The prices were very similar *BUT*, Scott, the Project Manager for Siding Depot went a bit further to educate my wife and I on each of the line items of the quote he provided. That alone set him and the company apart from their competition.
3) As my wife and I requested some time to go over the quotes a second time, Scott was the only one who followed up on it - twice - and made himself available for any questions we may have. *THAT* sealed the deal for us.
THE PROCESS
1) Customer Service: The Siding Depot office kept us up to date either by phone or text on all the next steps, from arrival of the material, to dumpster drop, to when the job would start. It was a real pleasure talking to the ladies at the office - positive vibes all the time.
2) Siding replacement crew: Not enough words can describe this crew. Carlos - Lead, Rodrigo, Sergio, and Johnathan craftsmanship *and attention to detail* really blew us away! All of that while educating us on why certain things were done in a certain way. They all worked hard, very hard under the hot sun - summer in Georgia, never complaining or slowing down. A worry free crew who won our trust. The end result was outstanding.
3)The Painting crew: Another good surprise coming from the Siding Depot. Osvin - Lead, Daniel, and the entire crew did not disappoint. Never guessing, always asking/confirming how we wanted to have a sectioned painted. When we were undecided, Osvin proceeded to tell us from experience, what the current trend on the market is, and helping us make a decision. Without a doubt, his help and dedication "saved us" more than once.
IN SUM
The experience w/ the Siding Depot did remind us that there are still businesses you can trust "out there". Kudos to everyone from the Sales/Project Management, from the Office Team, from the Siding crew, and from the Painting crew. They all represented the company in an outstanding way.
Oh, and yes, we highly recommend them. Will update with pics later on.

The contractors do AMAZING work! They are very thorough and never left a mess. We had a couple of small administrative issues. We spoke to Kevin, and he went over and beyond to make everything right for us. Thank you, Kevin and crew!

Siding Depot did a great job on our home. We had siding replaced and exterior painted from top to bottom. Everyone was super responsive and their quote was much more reasonable than their competitors.

We switched from a brown, cedar home to white, hardie plank. After receiving quotes from 3 other companies, they were the one to go with. We received a free color consultation. Wilmar did a good job planning the board and batten even when we couldn't envision the final product. Ruby was hands-on and easily accessible the entire time.

Cons: if it rained, and the crew left abruptly, there would be nails all over; not always an English-speaking person present; at one point we got trapped in our house for 30 minutes during the painting portion since all the doors and garage door were being worked on at once.

Pros: we love the end result (I'll update in a few months if something goes south, but so far, so good), affordable compared to other companies, took the time to do it well and right, listened to us about our concerns, they installed new lighting that we purchased at the end

All in all, we are very pleased and would recommend their company.

We have used them 3 times and they have been nothing but excellent. They installed & painted new soffits & eaves & fascia on our brick home. They installed & painted new Hardi siding on an old house we also own. They installed & painted Hardi siding on a large new 2 story barn barn. Their work is really good and they aim to please. I appreciate quality work but the deck and siding crews level of craftsmanship surpassed my expectations, these two crews are ethical, professionals and perfectionists.
My enclosed and private deck craftsmanship looks like a beautiful, solid, quality master piece; a piece of art. The new siding is solid and seamless.
From the beginning I knew what I wanted and then each crew refined my vision with the proper materials and feedback.
There was a natural and orderly flow during the deck, siding and gutters projects.
It was a great team work within and between the different extremely hard working crews and myself.
Any coming challenges were immediately resolved without disturbing the work’s flow.
The flow was so positive that when the deck and siding were completely done I decided to change all gutters and downspouts as well. This was another successful project and performed by a professional crew.
With today’s hectic lifestyle I am very grateful I stumbled into Siding Depot and had all projects done by the same company. After months of research I made my decision when I learned about Siding Depot through the dynamic and organized Sales/Project Manager.
Unfortunately, towards the end of the project the painters created some problems that were poorly handled and mismanaged by the Project Manager resulting in 4 weeks of delays to complete the project. That was a huge setback.
Fortunately, that didn't compromise the end result. The end result is a beautiful and transformed new house.

Professional, thorough and courteous. Each of the crews that were involved,in the complete remodel of the exterior of our home, all were employees of siding Depot.

Our salesperson/project manager,Ruby,was deeply involved and I felt she had our best interest in mind throughout the entire project. All of our concerns were met completely as they occurred.

My expectations were more than exceeded as I would recommend anyone revitalizing the exterior of their home use siding Depot.

Siding Depot did a great job on our full siding replacement, paint job, and gutter replacement. The crew worked hard and fast. They were nice and knowledgeable, they honored our requests. I was worried that the barrier that my exterminator installed behind my old gutters would be damaged, messing up my warranty. But…soon after the gutters were installed the exterminator came out and complimented Siding Depot’s work to keep everything sealed.

When I decided it was time to replace the cedar siding on my house, I interviewed several companies recommended by friends and neighbors. First I was extremely impressed by Ruby the project manager from Siding Depot. She answered all my questions and explained in detail how the team would handle my unusual windows and hard to reach areas of my house. Her proposal thoroughly laid out the scope of the work so no surprises and the price was reasonable.

The siding team led by Brian and Igor did a fantastic job. Every thing ran like clockwork- from the delivery of the dumpster and the materials to the cleanup. Once the siding was done, there was a pressure wash step and then the excellent painting team took over.

My house has one very steep and tall side that is next to the woods. I had had an issue with flying squirrels squeezing under the cedar and moving into the fireplace box. The siding team repaired the hidden squirrel damage before installing the new siding and I am happy to report the squirrels have moved on.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Siding Depot and I highly recommend you consider them for your project.

I had Siding Depot remove cedar siding and replace with concrete siding this past week. I’m a retired contractor so kinds expected at least a couple of hiccups in the process.
To my surprise and relief there were none. Crews knew what they were doing and did the job in a timely manner. Price was, what I consider reasonable.
All in all a good experience.

We had the greatest experience with Siding Depot. Our siding was replaced. There was significant rot repair that was required and Scott and his crew were amazing. They repaired the rot for a very reasonable price. The workers were first class-working through cold conditions and completing everything in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Siding Depot. We plan to use them for future home projects.

I cannot speak to their customer service or craftsmanship but I can say I would never use them due to the fact I was almost hit by one of their drivers who was trying to cut off traffic merging into the interstate. After reading the reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence and it seems they need to hire better drivers.

Edited to add: after this response I would definitely urge everybody I know not to use this company. I was in a gray BMW and it was a GMC truck driving erratically getting on I75 @ Canton road. If you’d like any more information I’ll be happy to share but this is the 3rd post about poor drivers with this company so I would reevaluate

I am in this business on the interior side of it and I know what it takes to be successful. I can't give Siding Depot a high enough rating for the job they did, the price they gave and their consideration throughout the project. I had 13 different estimates. Siding Depot was about $20,000 less then my lowest estimate that didn't include the windows, gutters and paint that Siding Depot did. Superior Pro Siding wanted $93,000 for just the siding and I got the siding, rotted wood replaced, 6 windows installed, new gutters installed and painted the whole house for $38,000. It was a first class experience and an even better finished product all the way!

We have a contemporary home that the siding and gutters had met their match. Siding Depot had done numerous jobs in my subdivision including my next door neighbors. After consulting with 3 vendors in this space we chose these guys because of experience, pricing, and their professionalism. Every employee that was here took ownership of the project and communicated specific details of next steps involved. That was super important to me. Scott, the sales rep for them was outstanding. Ruby (a young lady) came out to give us an estimate. She made tons of pictures and then came in an sat down with my daughter and me to explain the process and showed us the pictures…..and explained why they use Sherwin Williams paint, why they use a certain type of windows. The other companies just texted their estimates and pictures. By far Siding Depot gave us the best estimate, even if they had been a little higher we would have gone with them because of Ruby. Ruby was a “Jewel.” The very fact that she took the time to explain everything to us meant a lot. It is so hard to look at an estimate and take in the differences. Ruby is why we went with Siding Depot! They did exactly what Ruby said they would. The had a siding crew, painting crew, and window crew. Their men knew what to do and they did it well. After each process they cleaned up their mess before they left. Each crew was professional and polite. Ruby came by often to check on the progress. If you needing siding at a fair price Siding Depot is your company!

The cedar siding on my 40 year old house was keeping nothing out and patching was never ending. Financing for the job was arranged through Siding Depot and was easy and convenient. We recently had our house resided with Hardie siding and painted by Siding Depot. From the sales rep to all the work crews, Siding Depot was very professional. Their work crews were very respectful of our property and their quality of workmanship and attention to detail were evident. They completed the work on schedule, with no issues and the work actually exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed that prior to the siding crew starting work, sales rep Ruby came out to do a walk-around the entire house, with us AND the siding crew to discuss all work that was to be done. Siding Depot used all James Hardie materials. Hardie's house wrap is printed with all of Hardie's installation requirements, especially flashing installation. Flashing is vitally important in keeping rain out and Siding Depot used flashing in all the places recommended by Hardie, even had a special tool for custom bending each piece of flashing. After Siding Depot completed their work, sales rep Ruby again came out to do ANOTHER walk-around to make sure all work was done satisfactorily and that we were happy.

I can’t brag enough about the work and the staff at Siding Depot. I received quotes from multiple contractors, big and small, but Siding Depot brought the best price, quality and customer service. A triple threat right there.

We replaced our siding, gutters and several windows. A big project for first time home owners but Ruby was knowledgeable and responsive to any and all my questions and concerns.

Siding Depot recently replaced the siding on one wall of my house. I chose them for this work based on their reputation, and their estimate was significantly better than two of their competitors.

Everything about the project went smoothly from delivery of materials, removal of old siding, and the installation of the new planks and trim. I'm very likely to use them again in the future.

Siding Depot was very professional and very responsive throughout the entire exterior remodel of my house. The crews that came out to do the work were super efficient and very polite. My project manager was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable throughout the project. I highly recommend them for their competitive pricing, quality work and family oriented company feel.

I bought my house 2 years ago, the siding was one of my biggest fears. I got multiple quotes from other companies and felt that I was getting the biggest bang for my buck with siding depot! They were thorough and very helpful in solving some problem areas with water drainage!

Ruby is my project manager, she has been my right hand woman every step of the way. A sounding board to bounce ideas off of, extremely helpful to me as a single mom going through such a large project also as a first time home buyer!

The siding was all replaced, 100%. I knew there were some rotting spots and they sent pictures for every spot that needed additional attention and asked my approval before making adjustments!

After the siding was up and replaced, they also replaced some fascia and soffit where it was rotting as well. The painting has been my favorite part of the project! Juan’s team is A++++!!! Juan is thorough, down to the tiniest detail, I didn’t even think of!! He told me he wants to make sure I’m 100% happy when they walk away from the project! Which means the world to me on such a large project!

After their done painting, the gutter crew will come install new gutters!

Each team that’s come to my house has been spectacular and detailed. The best part is I now have peace of mind that my house is safe and secure from the outside in!

This company is fantastic! They replaced siding and painted our house. Very professional and respectful. The job was finished in a timely manner and all of the employees were very skilled. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Our house is absolutely beautiful!!

Siding Depot did a big project for me of removing stacked stone that was leaking water from a tall chimney. They removed all the rock, replaced the rotten wood, and finished with siding, roof shingles, and paint. The project came out perfectly, matches the rest of the house, and looks like it was always that way!

We had all of our siding replaced and the house painted. At the end of the day, we are happy with the finished product, but it was so much harder than it had to be. Communication was poor throughout the process. We would be told the crew was coming out and then they wouldn't show up until a day later. When the work was complete, we had a list of items to fix (nothing out of the ordinary), but it took a whole MONTH (8/14-9/14) to get them out to remedy.

They did a beautiful job, they have great attention to detail. My father said he hasn't seen good workmanship like they did in years!! Highly recommend using them for all your siding needs.

Siding depot did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. From Armondo coming to my house, giving a detailed estimate of the removal of my old siding, installation of the hardie board, the painting of the hardie board and installation of new gutters everyone was extremely professional and informative every step of they way. The office would call to keep me informed as to day and time of arrival of each group of workers and an estimation of completion.
In fact, my neighbor was so impressed with them, he has contracted, with Siding Depot, to do the exterior of his house.

Had new siding and painting on home done. Great team to work with! Professional, communicative, LOVE the results! Got three bids and they came in with higher quality product for a lower price. Highly recommend!

Too many issues BEFORE actual work. 1. I filled out request form online on their website and was never contacted. I called and the individual hadn't even checked to see if any one requested an estimate. 2. Salesman did arrive at scheduled time. Said that if I committed to all the work, I would probably receive free gutters. He said I would receive the estimate in a couple of days. I never received it and called almost a week later to check on the estimate. I received the estimate an hour later. The salesperson forgot to send it and it said nothing about if I was eligible for free gutters. 3. I drove about 40 minutes to their office to hopefully use the program to try variations of the siding. It was after 1:30. The person who knew how to run the program and could provide accurate information to me was on a conference call for approximately 30 minutes to discuss interview candidates. I decided then that this company didn't value my business, so I left. Someone tried to call me after that. I decided before that to not use this company. I then received an email from the company the next morning saying they didn't want my business due to the low price. What? It was a 10K job. I never received the quote on painting the house exterior. This company is very unorganized and lacks any professionalism.

Siding Depot replaced my old cedar siding with James Hardie siding. The workers were very professional and detailed. Siding Depot was competitively priced as well. I am very pleased with the results

We had the siding replaced on the entire house and can't say enough good things. The crew was on-time, cleaned up every day and as soon as one crew finished, the next one stepped in. We had to do no follow up and everything was exactly as promised. We were kept informed at every step. I would definitely recommend

We are thrilled with how our home turned out. My wife designed the look of it and we were specific about a lot of the details.

We decided since we were spending the money to do it right so we had them sheath the house in osb, and we added a low-e wrap. We had the soffits and gutters all replaced as well.

The windows, siding, and gutters all went great.

We did have a problem with the quality of the first paint job but they sent a crew out to fix it and they corrected the problems.

my sister and i each got new windows and our houses resided and painted this spring. our interactions w/the crew chief and the crew could not have been better! we very much enjoyed working with them and the quality of the work has been stellar. i am a QA person for my day job; it is part of my work and nature to be very detail oriented. as i've gone around the house looking at thier handiwork, i've been so very grateful i decided to go with them for our house makeover. i now LOVE driving up to my own house!

Siding Depot did three major projects at our house: 1. Replace old cedar siding with Hardie Plank, 2. Replace windows, including trapezoid and specialty windows, 3. Replace all decks with the new Trex composite material. Siding Depot personnel were always very professional, and friendly through the entire process. Their workmanship is top quality and when issues arose (there are always issues with large projects) they always responded immediately and worked with us until we were satisfied. We are very happy with the outcome of the work and the cost was reasonable. If we need these kinds of services in the future, we will come back to Siding Depot. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

First class service from the beginning of the project to the finish , quality workmanship delivered on time and on budget , I would have no problem recommending Siding Depot for any job large or small.

Great company to deal with ! Very professional, communication was great throughout the whole process. Every crew (Window/Siding/Paint/Gutter) kept me informed upon their arrival, while working as I had a few questions, and allowing a walk around upon completion of each phase. All crew, crew leaders, supervisors and managers were extremely courteous and respectful of our property. Office staff was super to deal with as well ! They were all responsive to the few extremely minor and, to be expected items that I had questions on or just needed a little attention. I recommend this company without any reservation.

On May 14 called and made an appointment for May 15 at noon. On May 15th at 12:30 no one had showed up. Called the place and the person who answered the phone said " yes I see you, give me 5 minutes to find out where the estimator is" He called back and said " your appointment was for the 22nd of May. " My notes for the appointment was for the 15th, I confirmed with the person three times on the phone when I made the appointment. The phone I used records phone calls. I located the call and yes the appointment was made for the 15th of may at noon. I would not use this company as they can't even get a appointment scheduled correctly. What does that say about the quality of the work they will perform.

Siding Depot came out to our house and gave a quote and was very professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions and they were not pushy. The prices were very comparable to other estimates we got and the quality of work was amazing! Thank you and your team Kevin!!! Dillan and Tayler from Kennesaw we love the new color!

I'm not big on reviews , But this company by far exceeded my expectations! I got a Quote from Matt Tuesday the 22nd and the installation was the following day . The crew was on time, No debris left behind. I will definitely recommend this company . Thank you Matt.

Overall Siding Depot did a good job with the siding (cement fiber) but issues I had was pricing for the transom window & additional repairs. This is where they get you (office manager confirms this). I was charged $600 to cut 3 2 x 4's & frame it with 4 pieces of 2x4. One hour job. The window was 48" x 13" so not big. I was under the assumption it was a 5 hour job as it was a very difficult venture. I was rushed as they were doing the siding so I wanted done during the same time period. Shame on me. They stated that I signed the contract so go pound sand. Per managers words...."We aren't window depot, gutter depot, roofing depot,.....just siding depot.." So professional I know! But I did agree so they can screw me or you every which way but sideways. DO NOT have them do anything but SIDING and you will be OK. Office manager will tell you the same. Siding only & NO soffit, trim, fascia, window, gutters, roofs, etc. You have been warned:) They will upcharge the hell out of you.

I had Siding Depot give us a good quote for a house we told them we were going to sell and the purpose of replacement siding was Ito increase the value of the house. The siding part of our experience was wonderful and done well. The trouble started with the painting crew. They came to paint the house on a 35 degrees, windy day. I told them I was concerned with the temperature and they told me not to worry. They got paint all over many landscaping plants, sidewalk, driveway, and landscaping rocks. The person they sent to paint spoke no English so even though I pointed out where I wanted the paint removed there was a communication problem. The next day an English speaking supervisor came out but he acted like the over-spraying of paint was normal. I expected a professional company to cover the landscaping and cement while painting, especially on a windy day. So I’d give 5 stars for siding and 1 star for painting.

We had such an amazing experience with this company and their employees! always on time, Courteous, very professional. A shout out to our siding guys they were simply amazing! Geraldo, Roberau and Hottoniel! Ya'll are very fortunate to have these guys on board. I would highly recommend this company.

I will not use this company because I had one of there siding depot truck driver initially try to wreck my personal vehicle because the driver was driving erratically and had major road rage this morning on the interstate. If u see one of there trucks with custom license plate that says siding#3 on the license plate stay far away as u can from this truck. The truck driver doesn't care if he runs u off the road or wrecks your vehicle just to get ahead of the morning rush hour.

After looking at several local siding companies to do our siding and gutters we decided to go with Siding Depot based on their excellent reputation and lack of negative reviews. Also, the young man who came to our house to talk with us initially, Craig, is a very likable and personable young man who knows his business. It was because of the way he handled the initial contact with us and the fact that he stays involved with the job until it is complete that tipped the scale in favor of Siding Depot.

Our house is one of the large cedar-modern style homes in Acworth so there was a ton of work to be done. We wanted some variation in the style of the siding, both the shake style with the staggered edges in the gables and on some of the other areas the vertical board and batten, I think it is called. We also had wood damage to the structure of the house that needed repair and some of the flashing on the back deck was in bad shape, all of which could be addressed by the siding installers.

Today, I want to talk about this wonderful crew of young men from Brazil who have come into my life and done such a wonderful job with my home so far. They are extremely skillful and focused on their work and not only that, they are very sweet people. Gentle souls that I have to say I will miss when they are finished and move on to the next project. I do not often get attached to people who come to do work at my home but they have been around for most of 2 weeks and I have grown quite fond of them.

I can not say enough about the skill and professionalism this crew exhibits. The precision of their work is incredible. I grew up in a family that built homes, have spent a lot of time on construction personally learning how things are done so I do know a bit about the difficulties they faced here. None of this was a problem for them, though, they dug in and got the job done. They are putting the finishing touches on today and the house, even in the yellow Hardie Plank color, looks wonderful. If you hire Siding Depot and have and this crew do your job, I know you will not regret it.

I will finish this review when the painters and gutter installers are finished. So far, though, Siding Depot is a big two thumbs up from me.

Working with Siding Depot was a very pleasant experience all around. We have a rental property that we would like to put on the market. David Lopez met me at the house and we determined we needed a new roof, new gutters, new siding in some places, and a new paint job. We paid as each job was completed. The office staff was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. The crews did exactly what David said they would do. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and will definitely call them for any future projects we may have.
