We are incredibly pleased with RoofPRO and the job they did replacing our roof. From the start, TJ showed up on time, assessed wind damage our roof had sustained, and was very knowledgeable in assisting with submitting an insurance claim. TJ was available for follow-up questions throughout the process and showed up again to be onsite when the adjuster inspected the roof as well. Brandon, who oversaw the installation, reached out quickly and was able to schedule the replacement in just a few days. On the day of the installation, Brandon was onsite the entire time, took the time to explain everything that was happening, and made sure the crew thoroughly cleaned up after the job knowing we have little kids. Foreman Ricardo and the rest of the team did a fantastic job on the installation and afterwards the cleanup was as if they were never there. After the installation TJ stayed in touch to make sure everything had been completed. Start to finish we were very impressed with RoofPRO and we would highly recommend them again.

Addendum: I also wanted to include the rest of the team at Roof Pro who completed my roofing project. Ken Stanley and the roofing team were excellent from start to actual cleanup and finish. After years of needing a new roof and gutters, we finally decided it was time but didn’t know where to start. We had 2 companies come out prior to RoofPro for estimates. TJ from RoofPro came out for our 3rd estimate and after our first meeting we were sold! TJ was beyond thorough. He was the only one out of all the companies who came to physically go on the roof. He even inspected our attic to see the extent of the damage as we had quite a bit of leaks. We ultimately decided to go with a new roof, gutters and new siding. TJ assisted us from the estimate all the way through till the jobs were complete.
The great experience continued with the crews who came out to perform the work. All of the jobs done met and exceeded our expectations. Our roof, gutters and siding look amazing! All of the workers were extremely professional and left the job sites clean at the end of each project.

Amazing service, amazing professionalism, easy to work with people, and great work! These are the roofers you want! We had a deadline to replace the roof for insurance qualification. TJ Ritchie, the estimator, provided information and resources, made himself available for questions at any hour, and got us scheduled very quickly when a spot of unexpected warm weather hit in February. Brandon Crone, the production manager, let us know he valued our business and walked us through every step of the work. He found and corrected problems with a previously installed roof vent system. His crew of 10 finished the work in half a day and left the yard the way they found it. RoofPRO may not be the cheapest estimate you will get, but it will be the best! We are very grateful for the time spent making sure we understood and agreed to choices that improved our roof, attic, and home. If we had another roof, we would call them tomorrow!

Will came out to give me an estimate and performed a much thorough job of inspecting my roof leak than the other companies I contacted. He even got up into my attic to double-check even though it was slanted and not very difficult to explore the space. The quote was reasonable and I am extremely happy with my roof repair!

RoofPro was amazing to work with. Following an apocalyptic rain and wind storm, there was severe damage to my roof and water was coming in fast enough to be seen coming through the first floor ceiling. TJ showed up the next morning and identified the problem and Darryl got me on the schedule immediately. Ken showed up the day of with a big enough crew to install the entire new roof in 5 hours in 16 degree weather to make sure that I was covered before the next big storm that hit the next day.

When my insurance was playing hardball about the extent of the damage, TJ and Ken provided me photos that resulted in getting the coverage I pay for.

I was experiencing a leak in my home. The bay window flashing needed to be replaced. I did some research and came across RoofPro whose reviews were off the charts positive. Every person had wonderful things to say about their service. I had such a positive experience with the reception, accounting, the workers. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. The work that was done on my bay window was excellent. I would definitely recommend RoofPro to my family and friends. The service is top notch. I truly got my monies worth.

Jim was great in working with our insurance after we had hail damage to the roof. Darryl was excellent in communicating when the materials would be delivered and when to expect the crew. The crew was great and I especially was impressed with the clean up since we never found nails in the yard! They were fast and efficient. I was happy that RoofPro scheduled us much faster than my neighbors who used other companies and would highly recommend!

I will CHOOSE THEM AGAIN for my pool house and outdoor garage!!! TJ won my trust among several bidders. The PRICE was RIGHT. Replacing a 4200 sq ft, multi-pitched roof, TJ understood my nuanced requirements and I was impressed that he scheduled his Prod Mgr, Brandon to come by and discuss my project and options for my 3 chimneys. By the start of my project 2 wks later, I felt confident that Brandon would ensure the quality, workmanship and look that I wanted. A large crew led by Proj Mgr, Ken and Work Leader, Leo were professional Start to Finish! They answered all my questions as I watched, even photographed their work. Ken was highly resourceful, and also got his hands dirty, as they customized solutions for resurfacing my porch roof/rails, adding gutters to prevent future rot, and removing a very large skylight on a low pitched roof. Leo was the grinder who transformed an old red brick chimney into a gorgeous modern one with siding and molding. Twice, when we thought there might be delays, Brandon engineered solutions!!! These guys MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. When the project was completed, there were small refinements to be done by a small team. I literally woke up to find the work completed. RoofPro did a wonderful job fixing my roof damage from previous storm and from some bad installation from a previous roofer. My roof is now looking good and ready to keep my house safe.
