My building was delivered today. Harold is awesome!!!!!! Very professional but also friendly. He is an asset to Shivers. He deserves a raise. I also want to brag on Grace. She is also an asset to your company. Will refer anyone to Shivers.

I knew what I wanted for my husband 33rd birthday. My husband was all smiles & more. his man cave is a 10x16 shed. Ask for Arion at Tupelo shivers building & also Josh was great with the payments & confirmed them.

I had a problem but they worked extremely hard to correct that problem.
We worked 2-3 days to fix that problem with messages after message.
So I can truthfully say they do believe in Customer Service above anything else.
They believe that their customers come first over anything.
As we all know this is a business and they are in this business to make money because they have staff to pay, utilities to pay, taxes and so on.
So if your expecting a building for free that's not going to happen but if your experiencing a problem they WILL work as hard as they can to make it right.

They WILL sit down with you and design a building that you need.

They do build good sturdy building that can hold a lot of stuff, May be all your stuff.

Doesn't seem to care about business. I sent a request for pricing yesterday. This morning, I get a facebook message from the sales person asking where I am so they could price me.
I immediately responded.
Over an hour and still not answered or even seen.
You start a conversation with a customer, you follow through. They left me hanging so I will shop elsewhere.

It is so hard to find quality customer service. Customer service goes along way with me. I am thankful for the great customer service I have received with Shivers from my sales representative, setup, delivery driver, and even my repair guy. You could not ask for any better people to work with. I recommend you give them a call. They have gone above and beyond to assist me in my purchase and taking care of me every step of the way! I was in the market for a tiny home for my mom. I called Shivers and got connected with Bradley - over at their location in Florence, MS.

Bradley didn't miss a beat. I know I have tons of questions, and want only the best for my mom. They completely finish the tiny homes and will provide the bells and whistles; tankless water heater, 220 outlet for a stove, small kitchenette, a mini split, etc!

Mr. Shivers and the whole crew are very nice and customer service is Grade A. We were in a very difficult situation needing a building for my mom, and they all worked very hard to make it happen.

The man that delivered and set up my building, was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. My building was set up exactly where I wanted it to be. All of my questions were answered.

The Shivers storage building that I purchased looked exactly like the model I selected from the online catalog and was happy to customize it how I wanted. Also, the delivery process was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about setup of the building on my property. The purchasing process was reassuring and friendly and met my financial needs for what I needed for storage space. I have recommended Shivers to friends and family and I see myself doing business with Shivers again in the future.

My husband and I took a chance and made a 4 1/2 hour drive just to check Shivers Buildings out and let me just say it was worth it. Our salesman was Arion and he is the best, he was very helpful and walked us through every process needed to purchase our Tiny home also I could never forget Mrs Grace who works at front desk that woman right there sent us to the best soul food place around called Thelma’s, she also called them and told them to stay open just for us. Thank you Arion and Mrs. Grace for making our drive and experience worth it!!!

From purchase to delivery and set up, my experience of working with Shiver’s Sheds was very positive. Josh was helpful and knowledgeable at initial purchase as well as updates, Stephanie was prompt in returning calls and making sure delivery was scheduled at a convenient time for me, and Jose delivered and set up the building in the exact location I needed it.
I could have bought a shed anywhere. There are
dozens of retailers in my surrounding area, but the quality of workmanship and ease of dealing with the staff made me glad I bought from Shivers. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need another out building.

My husband and I stopped by Byram's Shivers Buildings location a few days ago. We were greeted by Sales Rep Bradley Parker pleasantly and professionally. We love our mini split. It’s one of the best purchases we have made for our dogs. If you are considering buying don’t think just call Shrivers they will get you right.

I had some questions before I decided to purchase a Shivers Building, and Bradley Parker was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. It is nice to deal with someone who wasn’t pushy and knew the product .

They have very bad customer service skills. The first lady that we talked to acted like we were bothering her, with all the questions we were asking. The prices don't match what's on their website. I told them our budget, but before I told them our budget we already saw something that was around our budget. So we decided to talk to another person that works there, and we told him our budget, and he said they don't have anything around that budget. Which wasn't true at all, but ok. We decided to go with another company. I only choose Shivers Buildings because of the reviews, sometimes good reviews can be fake.

Ethan Ingram is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Think back to when you were a kid and you would go to your grandmothers house. It’s middle of June and 7 in the evening, you’re outside playing and she calls you in with “suppers ready”. You run inside and get a warm welcome and big hug. Fresh homemade meal followed by some sweet peach cobbler and ice cream. Big ole glass of sweet tea and life is good. That’s the type of experience I got with Mr. Ingram. It’s incomparable. This man deserves some type of raise with the warm family like sales experience I received. Makes you wanna kick a fat kid at K-mart.

I love how professional they were with the delivering and setting up our 2 buildings. How patient the workers were with the exact placement of the buildings, even when me and my wife were trying to decide where exactly we wanted them placed while on video chat with each other. Thank you Arion and Shivers we will be getting more buildings in the near future....

I simply looooove my lil tiny house. My experience with Arion was amazing. As a travel nurse I handle business over the phone and he made all sure all of my questions were answered in the most professional and knowledgeable manner. I can’t wait til I purchase my next one from him definitely very soon! did I mention I’m located in Louisiana? That customer service was definitely far greater than I imagined!

My new tiny house just delivered! This entire experience was amazing. I got to customize the layout to exactly what I wanted. They have flexible financing and wonderful friendly staff. They even worked with me when I lost my spot and had to find another! Set up was so cool. I am so happy with my new home!

My husband and I were overwhelmed by not just the quality of the carport but of the people behind it. Ms. Brittany at Shivers Buildings was so amazing. She always went above it not just being a job but to the level of being a friend concerned about you. The men that came to install the carport were also polite and helpful with any questions. These were the hardest working men. When the job was complete, they cleaned up any thing that was laying around. .very professional. They definitely deserve a hugh raise. We will be highly recommending you to others. This carport wasn't a single poled but double bottom beams and poles. We will enjoy it for a long time.
