Shipp Roofing

My freshly widowed mother went with SHIPP Roofing because they advertised on Christian radio. A team that did not speak English showed up and in three hours had torn off the original roof and repaired damaged wood, installed soffits, and put on the new roof?? Well, I was concerned that it was thrown up there too quickly. I was right. The first hard rain we had and there was water in the walls and running into our kitchen cabinets. AND additional damage to walls/ceilings and the front and back porch overhangs. It was worse than the original problem. Again they sent out a team that did not speak English. They squirted some goo (I watched) sealant in some places and called it done. We kept calling as the damage continued with every rain. Eventually, the Manager quit calling back. The Secretary said she was giving the Manager our messages. Look at these pictures. My mother is about to have to pay someone ELSE to fix more damage to her home than the 30 year roof leaking had done. This best roof for the money has cost my mother dearly. These people are CROOKS.

They replaced my roof a few years ago. I have a leak free warranty. I am getting water spots on my ceiling. So there's a leak and I can't get in touch with them. Their number is no longer valid. They won't reply to emails or messenger from their FB page. After looking at BBB, there are a lot of people with the same complaint.
