Needed a chimney cap replaced. It was a pleasant experience from initial contact with Kristie in the office, then with Scott for inspection and quote, to installation by Parker. They were all friendly and professional. We will definitely call back when it is time for a roof replacement.

We hired them two years ago to replace our roof and they did a great job! We were extremely pleased with their work and that they cleaned up thoroughly after the job!!

After the recent storms we had, a tree branch punctured a hole in our roof and caused a messy leak. So, we called Shipp Roofing and they had someone come out that day to look at it. Tim got up on the roof and saw that it was 2 shingles that needed to be repaired, so he called his boss who told him to take care of it! When I asked them how much that it would cost, he told me "no charge"! That is exceptional customer service and really caring for the client after the sale!

From TJ ( our salesman) to David, who oversaw the roof to the crew, everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. The crew arrived at 9 am on the dot and were here the first day until almost dark. Back at 9am the next day until 4, back on day 3 and done by noon. They cleaned up the entire yard , made sure every piece of shingles and sliver of metal was picked up. I highly recommend them to do your next roof. We now have a absolutely beautiful pewter metal roof and I couldn't be happier..

They did a great job on my roof, I'm very happy with everything about them. Their prices are much lower than everyone else. Their whole crew is very friendly and good people. They went above and beyond on my roof, much better than I expected from anyone. No problems at all, they cleaned up, no screws, nails, anything anywhere. I highly recommend them

Had hail damage and needed my whole roof replaced. Didn't really know of a roofer in this area and took a shot with these guys. Amazed of how friendly and quickly everything was done. They actually keep you up to date about what is going on and did a wonderful job with the roof. A++++

Roofing quality was fine except for the nails in the driveway and two flat tires! Dead bush and they did not do the gutters as called for in the approved insurance approval. The quote process was misleading and dealing with insurance depreciation claim was horrible. Shipp quoted one amount and then demanded payment for another. They made a mistake in their handling of the depreciation claim and would not make things right. I would not use them due to their failure to address their mistake with integrity.

Where to start with this place ..... DO NOT USE! So 2108 came with a cat 4 hurricane blowing into town. I was lucky with only damage to my roof and needed a new one. I reached out to my insurance adjuster who said he worked some with this place and suggested I reach out to them. I was contacted by Mark and he came right over and gave me an estimate I could work with. Mark was awesome and kept in contact as the process began. I then had huge issues with my mortgage company wanting 15 different forms needing this and that from this company. Mark went above and beyond to get this done for me.

Fast forward to the Christmas vacation......well mark is no longer with them, no idea what took place. I was then contacted by the new rep clay. Clay called and seemed to be on top of things. They were coming to set up the cut list appointment and I was finally ready to get my roof done. Well now clay won’t return any phone calls ? Guess he got lost or something. Well I reach out to the owner who Jospeh White who was very helpful at the time when mark left. Well he too forgot what the hell customer service was too as he too can seem to remember how to answer a phone or return a call left at the office.

These people came to our town in our time of need and took advantage of the damage caused in the area. This company is sorry, the owner is sorry and I hope anyone reading this will make an informed decision and not use this place. I am also glad that Country insurance took my complaint and will be removing them from there service use list.

The rating of one star is only because it made me pick one to post my review. Thanks for nothing Shipp roofing glad I went with you guys telling other companies I had a roofer, waited patiently just to be screwed over by you guys thanks for nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HUGE MISTAKE! I have a friend that wanted a metal roof. The company "accidentally" installed a shingle roof. WHAT? The new shingle roof leaked worse than the old roof. Now the interior ceilings are extremely damaged and Shipp can't seem to get their guys out to repair it. The repair guys car broke down is the last I heard on the situation and the "foreman" refuses to call back.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would do so! I needed them when I was going through a difficult time in my life! I called them because I had a small leak in my ceiling; however, by the time they arrived I had a busted water pipe in my kitchen ( my kitchen was destroyed) and I was scheduled to have rotator cuff surgery! These kind, compassionate men came to assess my situation and went above and beyond to see that the leak was fixed, my gutters cleaned, and replaced the valleys in the roof, to prevent further leaks! These men are professional, competent, and caring; and they will get the job done right. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my roof and me.
