From start to finish, Brandon was an absolute rockstar. He showed up on time (which in the contractor world is basically superhero-level punctuality), explained everything in plain English (no “roofer lingo” riddles), and treated my home like it was his own. He walked me through the entire process — inspections, materials, insurance coordination — and made it all feel effortless.

His crew? Efficient, professional, and *freaky fast*. I went to work, came home, and *bam!* — new roof. No mess, no fuss, just a great-looking roof and a driveway cleaner than it was before they got there.

Brandon even followed up after the job was done to make sure everything was perfect. I halfway expected him to tuck me in at night and read me a bedtime story about roof ventilation. That’s how thorough he was.

We had Shinglesmith replace our roof in Franklin, TN. after the crazy hail storms in May. They gave me a free drone inspection report that was, quite honestly, detailed for a free report, IMO. Brandon (the GM I dealt with most) was extremely professional and so helpful and kind with the entire process - even helping with the insurance piece. Bobby (the owner) did thorough follow ups during and after the job was done to check in. Bobby suggested some trims that I was hesitant about but ran with his suggestions because I could just tell he knew what he was talking about. And he was absolutely spot on with what he told me I should do for the best result. It looked amazing. If you want quality work and a very responsive and friendly team of people, contact them. You won’t be disappointed.

Bobby D. at shinglesmiths inspected my roof here in Eagleville Tn, He did a great job with a drone inspection of my roof , detailing hail damage and other issues with my roof, He assisted in insurance claim in any way that insurance may have had a need, Insurance after my two separate requests and inspections by insurance company, they wanted to deny claim based on some other issues with roof like blistering for one, I just could not let that go, because his
( Drone ) detailed hail damage report kept standing out and showed me a whole lot more stuff you never would never see from ground and damage you might overlook while on the roof , hassling with insurance companies seems to be common for policy holders these days, but don't give up ,keep hassling with them or talking to higher ups because after a partial repair they offered me, one that I denied , they concluded and agreed to replace Roof, now having said that, 3 months later, now we have a green light / Shinglesmiths roofers started to show up a little after 6am in Sept.2024 Got rolling hard at 6:30 , After tear off , replacing about 8 sheets roof panels installing custom roofing edge guard and splash guard, replacing 12ft metal trim cover, installing roof ridge venting ( I upgraded to this ) and re-roof and clean-up all debris these guys were done by 5pm same day, I was impressed , I have 4 dogs and there back yard is there back yard if you know what i mean, it was a relief to me that this process did not drag on ! I found 2 nails around house that were missed, quite impressive out of the thousands of nails that come off house and crew did a exceptional job with cleanup period.! I would recommend Shinglesmiths for your roofing needs, They will go the extra step to assure your needs are met and help you with shingle color selection and what not, and answer any questions and concerns you may have . Great team! I have no knowledge about anything except I needed help getting things fixed and fast! - they walked me through each and every step of the way explaining all my “why’s” I threw at them. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use in the future, even though I hope I won’t need to!
