The young man that came out did an excellent job on our windows and screens, our windows are sparkling clean!
I questioned him as to why he was leaving them wet when he left, because other companies I have used in the past have never done this, and he guaranteed me that they would dry spot free. He was right! This saves so much time, in and out in two hours.
I highly recommend Shine of Ann Arbor, and will definitely be using them in the future.

We had Shine clean our roof of leaves and other debris, wash the house exterior and clean windows inside and out. Technicians Stone and Fritz were professional, friendly and careful. We'll have Shine back next year. Hopefully technicians Stone and Fritz.

Shine has done a great job for us the last couple years. We started with them to do our house Christmas lights, which we've been pleased with. We've also asked them to do an annual window cleaning, which they do quite well, inside and outside, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Shine professionals did a great job on my foyer chandelier, and at a reasonable price! The attention to detail was amazing and appreciated and the Rep was very friendly and professional. He respected our space and listened to my concerns. It's too high for us to reach, so it’s good to know that this is one less chore we have on our spring cleaning list.

I am very pleased with the work I had done. I am not happy with the service provided from the office! And only give them 1 star for that (Details later) The estimator Chase was super nice and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with. Reasonable prices, which is always a plus! Stone and his 2nd did an excellent job on my tough to access windows. They power washed the house and deck, which both look like brand new! The guys were very nice and communicated professionally. I give 5 stars for the Quality of work. However, I am only giving 1 star for the office. When the day came for them to come, they no-showed and didn’t even call!!! When I called, somehow our name was taken off the schedule. Rachel answered and at first I didn’t get an apology or even a sorry for your inconvenience. She seemed super frustrated which is understandable, I mentioned this in a nice way and she turned the conversation around, I had to wait another week for all the work to be done. It would be nice if you had some sort of confirmation the day before you were arriving. I asked her for this and she did not provide me with a phone call. I again had to call and ask if they were coming. Because of the quality of work, Kindness and professionalism from Stone and his 2nd were just great! I will use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Just had my windows cleaned with Shine and I'm so glad I found them. They were professional, timely and pleasant to deal with. If you need you windows done, use them. They are very reasonable also.

I had the pleasure of having my windows cleaned by Stone and Fritz today. They were fantastic! My windows are crystal clear and they cleaned the roof of my solarium without difficulty. What more can I say? This is by far the best window cleaning company that I have ever used and will look for more work for them to do.

The Shine crew was polite and respectful. They got right to work upon arrival. And they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Levi was prompt to get to my request for work, well-organized the scope, asked good questions about some particulars, and thoroughly followed through on all details discussed. He has equipment to reach upper areas I have been told by others they cannot reach.

I didn't have to repeat myself, timing to get to my project was very reasonable, the quality of work was very good, and price was competitive (I had two other quotes to compare). I am very HAPPY!

Levi the manager was responsive to calls and texts when arranging the cleaning. Stone, who performed the work, did a great job. He even saved us some money by noting that the skylights’ caulking had eroded (over 32 years not surprising), and therefore cleaning them wouldn’t solve the problem of the moisture between the panes of glass (luckily they don’t leak). I highly recommend this company.

The guys were professional, cleaned up after them selves, explained everything they did, had us review the whole house after, told us when there was a problem and tried to accomodate us for the problems that our house had, let us know when where they were every step of the way

Shine has a great reputation, which is why I hired them. However, on this day at least, they showed up late, used old towels on our screens that left a sour stench in the house, and broke some of the fasteners on my screen. Also totally cleaned one half of a sliding glass door. I know a lot of commercial properties who use them but I guess the residential crews aren’t up to snuff.

While we had some concerns at first about the quality of the work, this was resolved immediately and fairly, and I feel as though they have done work for me on other occasions that was great. I appreciate their commitment to making it right!

Excellent job. I have hired them twice for gutter cleaning and added exterior window cleaning this time. They are very professional and did a great job. Very nice too, which means a lot these days.

Devin and his crew did an excellent job. They worked really hard and took the time to do it right. They spent two days powerwashing our two decks and washed every inch with great care. Our decks look better than ever, and our windows and screens are cleaner and clearer than they’ve ever been. The price was very reasonable for what was a big job. They were very courteous and polite.

Paid extra to include windows and multiple windows weren’t washed. Also left contrasted streaks and white spots (probably remaining cleaner) on our siding that we had to hose off ourselves. Multiple areas on siding that still have dirt and webs. Also paid for the gutters to be cleaned and left fresh dirt on the outside of the gutters and piles of dirt on our back steps. Overall did get the green off our siding but awful quality for what we paid and were quoted.

I used them to clean an apartment complex! They outbid the competition, did only the scope of work that I asked them to do and finished on schedule.

The guys did a great job. Very friendly and proficient. I was a little worried they couldn’t do the job with it being so cold outside but that didn’t seem to be a problem at all. Will use again.

They were fabulous. Did an awesome job, gave me a discount, were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be calling them every year!

Maybe my expectations were to high, but when I pay close to $1000. to have my windows, frames and siding done, I except not to find dirt or dead bugs on the windows and old hornet nests still on the siding. I did call to let them know I wasn't happy and they sent another crew back. Hornet nest still on the siding and I could have done better on the windows with my eyes closed.

Really excellent job. Washed windows and removed and cleaned screens. They went over and above what was required. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a lot of cleanup to be done since we had a major driveway redo going on most of the summer so we stayed away as much as possible. Three, then a fourth, persons worked diligently to blow all the storms sticks/leaves from the top of our roof and placed them in a compost bin; cleaned our multiple skylights and windows and doors inside and out. They had great equipment which made the job more manageable; they were respectful and courteous. I will use them again.

I could not have asked for a better, more cordial, more professional crew. The work was done well, efficiently, and on time. The owner was responsive and very helpful in setting up the window washing for members of our condo. Their prices were reasonable and fair. Great experience - we will use them again!

I contact three companies for window cleaning estimates and Shine responded quickly, professionally and gave us a quote the same day using photos of the house. The team was friendly, efficient and did a great job! No extra costs, just exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend.

We contracted with Shine of Ann Arbor to do a modest window cleaning job in Manchester. We are extremely pleased with the results. The two men assigned to do this work were thorough and professional, and had a knack for anticipating and answering questions while completing the work. The entire experience with Shine was good, they were exactly as they explained. The estimate was quick and incredibly reasonable, two guys came to do the job. Lot of windows and in the back three stories. They even went into our screen porch took out the screens, cleaned the glass and put the screens back.....I did not expect that. The workers were professional, personable, kind, and made me feel comfortable. They both took pride in their work. I completely recommend Shine.

Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done to the exterior of my house (window washing, house washing). Made everything look that much cleaner. Will use again if things get dirty and moldy again!
