All calls I initiated were returned in a timely manner. We were presented with a number of shingle colors to choose from. Roof was completed in the timeframe promised, cleanup, exceptional! After a storm damaged our roof, I wasn't sure what to do as I never made a claim on my house before. The team from SHIFT was there to not only assess the damages, they literally sat down with me as we called my insurance provider. From cradle-to-grave, I can not speak highly enough of SHIFT. From the admin side of the claim, scheduling, being on ground as my representative with the insurance adjuster, installationa and follow up. SHIFT exceeded my every expectation. With over 35 years in the military, details matter, and this crew nailed it. They assisted in selection options, was completely professional and listened to MY concerns. The crew literally went above and beyond re-installing my canopy, police called my yard and even picked up sticks. They put it back better than they found it. Sean was so helpful getting my insurance company to approve partial payment on my roof repair . He worked with them getting everything they asked for such as photos and meeting with the appraiser twice . He helped me choose the color of shingles to use . He was here every step of the process . The crew did a great job and were very careful to clean up all of the nails etc from removing the old roof . I couldn’t be happier with the experience and quality of the roof . Highly recommend!

I'm giving a 3 star review because I have honestly not hired this company or worked with them in any way. I'd like to give a 1 star review for more visibility, but I want to dignify a local small business.

Please train your associates to search for and respect "No Soliciting" signs. My sign is very obvious. The associate did not want to help me put my 1 year old back to sleep after ringing my doorbell at 7:30pm, so I had to do it myself. The dog didn't help me either, because I think he was mad at the doorbell being rung at, again, 7:30pm. Don't do that.
