I had a handful of shingles blow off yesterday. Today I called and spoke with Jeremy about my situation. Within 5 hours they were out and had my roof all put back together and done at a great price. I couldn’t be happier

As a small business owner myself I know what it takes to provide 5 star customer service and Jeremy did not disappoint. My wife and I were looking to hire someone to install a new roof. I cant say enough about this company. They are absolutely amazing in every which way. I am someone who it takes a lot to be impressed with when it comes to quality and the workmanship of a company especially now a days. I dont give a good review if the company doesnt deserve it.

Jeremy and his crews are awesome. From the no pressure estimates to the on time installs. The level of quality is there. We had a slight issue with the install and Jeremy made it right. That involved a replacement of the half the roof. I have recommended to everyone. He did our house, brother in laws house and a friends house all of which they were extremely satisfied with their own projects.

Not only did he service the roof, he added flashing, installed down spouts and replaced loose shingles as well. Upon completing the project, he removed all debris promptly. I am so happy I called Lionheart! Jeremy came over a half hour after I called, and was so honest. He told me I just needed a cap and not a whole roof. How many companies would respond so quickly for such a little job. When I do need roof I will call them for sure.

We knew that we were in need of a new roof this year and shopped around for a few different estimates. After meeting with Jeremy, we knew that Lionheart Roofing was going to be our best option. He was very professional and easy to work with. He provided a clear explanation of the work that would be done and was very accommodating when we asked to have two more items added to our contract. The prices were very fair for today’s market. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly through the day until the entire job was completed. This included not just a new roof, but also fascia, vents, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. In addition, the workers cleaned up the entire job site down to the last piece of debris and roofing nail. I got roof damage while I was out of town. I called Lionheart, they were on my roof within an hour. Assessed the damage, put on a temporary patch so the up coming rain wouldn’t do anymore damage. Gave me peace of mind. Very professional, reasonable, punctual, and most important very knowledgeable. I would give them five stars and highly recommend them to anyone. I wish they could teach my insurance company their customer support and values.

Needed work done on my roof fast so I googled roofers. Came across Lionheart & read nothing but good reviews so I called them up & talked to Jeremy. He came out the next day & gave me a good estimate. Made sure he sent a guy out before bad wind storms on the weekend. Came out & did great work in the rain just so it was done before the storms. Would definitely recommend Lionheart to anyone in need of roof work! 5 stars for sure!

Jeremey did a great job helping me repair my roof from some wind damage. He responded right away, was there and had it fixed the next day. He was professional, helpful and explained everything well to me. When I do need to replace my roof I will be calling him for sure and would highly recommend using him to anyone who asked.

Jeremy/Lionhart Roofing is the best. He is knowledgable, reliable, straightforward and professional. I have been in a jam twice now while trying to quick close on two differing houses in this crazy housing market. Jeremy has come to my rescue each time when the inspection report comes back with an issue and suggests we get a roofer out and we only have a day or two left before we have to get back to the sellers with what we want them to fix. He has even come out on days off to help me out. Each time Jeremy gets to the house early, is already on the roof scoping things out so by the time my realtor and I arrive he can up date us. Then, he goes above and beyond by being sure to check the attic and all the hard to reach places to make sure that I have a full understanding of what I am getting into. I have called other roofers out to get competing quotes and they don't go in the attic or hard to reach places. Jeremy is so much more thorough than any other roofer I have ever worked with. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and answers all questions. He will even give you his opinion on what he would do if it were him (if asked). I really appreciate how easy he is to work with and how straightforward and thorough he and his process are. He always gets the quotes to me on time so we can make our decisions with in the time constraints of our contract (unlike other roofers) and has even been available for follow up conversations/questions from the relator/seller (WAY above and beyond). Needless to say, I cannot recommend him enough.

The crew was outstanding. They started at 0730hours and finished the same day. They stopped at lunch for only 30minutes.Their workmanship is excellent. If you need a new roof these guys know how to do it. I highly recommend them.

I contacted on Friday and he got right back to me quickly, was able to come out Sunday. He was fast, very informative, even helped me to understand the questions I had about my gutters even though he was just coming out to clean them. I will use again, so should you.

I am just in the early stages of working with Jeremy but wanted to get my take on this company out there ASAP. We had some slight storm damage that ended up with us needing a new roof. Jeremy was the first to respond, worked with my requests such as waiting to patch it until the insurance adjuster came out. He has been very responsive and detailed and I appreciate that because unfortunately that does not apply to all companies today. More to come after the job is completed!

Ok, like I promised, more after the job is done.

Every promise was kept, and then some. We have allot of landscaping, bushes, small trees, plants. All of it was covered and nothing damaged.

The dumpster left a small scratch in the asphalt driveway, maybe 4 - 6 inches long. I didn't even complain about it and the other day someone came out and repaired it!

We have a beehive apparently behind the siding at one window. I knew for certain those bees would harass the team while they did the small section above that bay window so I sprayed the area twice leading up to installation. The morning of the install I saw they were still there, thinking that would be a problem. it wasn't the team still got the job done!

LionHeart was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. But they were the most responsive and most thorough. The slightly higher estimate included him pointing out an ear where my flashing really wasn't up to par. The other estimates did not point that out but I do agree that if you are going to be redoing the roof, the flashing needs to be a part of that job.

I had Lion heart roofing come out to do a roof replacement on my house and they were great, they had very good pricing they were very professional and the owner came out multiple times a day kept us updated on everything, I highly recommend using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future.
