Great team and the on site personnel were top notch. They got the whole job done in one day with a minimum of fuss. One storm door was delayed but they arranged for delivery to the house the next day and were out to install in a timely manner. Had a small issue with one door. Sent a text and they responded almost immediately. Great company. Will be looking to do our kitchen with them once they offer that option !

Called Ryan at 247 roofing Monday with a leaky roof around a vent. Sent him pictures and he said he’d get someone to fix the problem soon. I was thinking a couple of days. Lenny did an excellent job replacing the existing roof vent with a more efficient vent on our Florida room. He then determined that improperly installed insulation on the overhangs was also preventing proper air circulation, and removed it. This should eliminate the moisture and staining in our cedar roof.

Great local Pittsburgh roofing company that is also taking on more general contracting business. The owners of the company were very responsive throughout the project. The work was frankly fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. I really like how the bid process worked. They did a lot of listening and really looked at my roof with a mindset of what is the best path for our particular roof.
Between the multiple drones flown over the house and crawling all through my attic, I think they really came up with a good plan for my roof for the next 25 some years. They were timely and very conscientious to cleanup. Throughout the process I received multiple emails and phone calls checking on us. After the job was finished, one of the owners came by to check and make sure once again that everything was correct and to see if I had any concerns.

What we really appreciate about 24/7 is their family-owned vibe, which stands out compared to those large, impersonal commercial companies. In the past, we dealt with one of those bigger companies and asked to add a window to our project. They required us to go through an unnecessary and lengthy process, so we decided to move on.

We were absolutely impressed by the work performed on our house. We had our roof replaced by another company and they left some my old cedar siding broken and “patched” with aluminum. It was embarrassing. After being told we would need to pay them to fixing it, we longer had trust in that company and we called 247. They were willing to replace the siding on just one side of my house. We talked thru options and decided on composite siding. They matched the color of my existing siding and lined thing up better then they were when it was originally installed. I couldn’t be happier with the service and workmanship. When we decide to replace all the rest of the siding, we will be using 247.

We had our siding gutters and downspouts done, and Paul, Mick and their team really did a first class job, doing whatever it took to armor plate our house. The steel siding looks great, the neighbors love it, and so do we!

Best roofing company i have ever dealt with. The roofing crew came with five members. It took them 5 hours from start to clean up. They were awesome.

There is no question we will use 247 again when we’re in need of their services. We called them for a quote on our storm door and Paul was beyond professional and prepared. He answered our questions, showed us examples and justified the cost by explaining not only his company install process but the door company quality and why he works with them. Efficient and timely as well as clear communication! Paul even showed up at the install (and took his shoes off every time he came into the house, although we told him he didn’t have to)! Definitely a 5-star experience!

After a great experience of having 247 replace our roof, we partnered with them again to replace our original (25 year old) windows. Their installers were efficient, clean and friendly. We were very impressed with their years of experience, and could tell that they knew exactly what they were doing and that they were doing high quality work. We love the new windows, and have been amazed how much warmer and quiet our house is as compared to our old builders grade (Patriot) windows. Not only does everything look amazing, the workers were wonderful. I'm the middle of Jan it was muddy out. With a black metal
Roof they were leaving foot prints while working. It freezing out!! One guy took off his beanie and started wiping all the foot prints off. They went above and beyond to clean up daily. Paul made it an easy transaction to get set up.

Having a metal roof on my old house I had questions/concerns. Meeting with Paul he went over every part. All my questions/concerns were covered before I even asked questions.

I hired 247 Roofing Solutions for a full house gutter install and to replace the roof of a bay window. Speaking with the sales team and coming up the best solutions was fantastic. Unfortunately everything that came after warrants the negative review. I am still dealing with major gaps/leaks in my gutters despite 247 coming out twice to fix. Communication with the company is non-existent despite having email, group chats, and a phone number.

Down payment paid at the end of June 2023 with work scheduled to be completed mid August. No one reached out to advise that work would be delayed despite several reach outs and attempts to speak with a person to discuss. Work was finally scheduled for the late September (over 72 day install guarantee). Crew were on-site for more than 13 hours with only a person from 247 Roofing showing for a total of 30 mins halfway through the day. Crew came the following day at 630am to complete the job before 8am.

Gutter downspouts were not properly installed as discussed and took half a dozen calls to get a team member out to fix. Gutter downspouts were fixed incorrectly and now have an uphill gradient to drain; pooling inside the gutters became evident when they froze.

Gutter corners were installed with major gaps, one of which I am still waiting to hear back to be fixed.

The new roof over my bay window no longer leaks and I am 100% satisfied with that portion of the job.

As a first time home buyer, I rely on professionals to not only advise of home repair expertly but also be responsive when there are issues with their work. 247 Roofing Solutions lacks the professionalism needed to instill confidence in their work or any guarantee they may provide. If you have a "smaller" job that costs near $10k, be prepared for an unnecessary battle in getting paid work completed on time and correctly. As of this post , it has been over a month of waiting for a response on a leak that was identified in mid December 2023.

He thoroughly explained what the issue was, how he fixed, and what to look out for going forward. He went above and beyond and I am confident in his work.

Amazing company from top to bottom. My roof was replaced when i was away on vacation. The sales rep Paul sent me updated pics through out the 3 days he had his team there working. Would give 10 stars if i could.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Paul and team were exceptionally professional and communicative, and made my roof replacement project fast and easy. Paul explained in detail the options for materials and pricing, helped answer questions regarding insurance claims, and suggested only what was necessary - did not attempt to oversell at all. The bid was competitively priced, the work was done in one day, and the quality was excellent. Paul and team went above and beyond to answer questions and ease any concerns that we had. I would HIGHLY recommend 247 for all of your roofing needs!

I was totally amazed with the terrific work in replacing my windows. I had about 30 windows (some very large) that needed replaced. The work crew had the task down to a science! Everyone knew exactly what to do. There was no standing around. It was truly like clockwork. They didn't even stop for lunch! In about six hours, all the old windows were out, the new windows were in, caulking and trim work was done, and cleanup was completed. There was nothing at all sloppy with the finished job. And, by the way, all of this was accomplished despite it being a rainy day! I would highly recommend 247 Roofing to anyone. The prices are reasonable, the quality of product and work is top-of-the-line, and they are professional and friendly!

Brian and Ryan are an amazing team! They were super patient as we dealt with some issues with solar panels on our roof, only sold us what we needed, and were willing to communicate via text, which was much easier for me. In terms of scheduling, they worked around what worked best for our family (for the initial consultation, checking our attic, and the day they actually replaced the roof). Their roofing crew was fast, quiet and left our property free of nails and debris. I will definitely use their company again, and suggest it to our family and friends!

Could not be any happier from the first visit and explaining all the differences and options for a replacement roof and the speedy turnaround to get us scheduled and his crew when here were all professionals and got the process completed in a day to replace the roof and siding on one side. Then the cleanup was amazing and still have not seen and nails left after. Not to mention the drone service to show you your roof before, during and after so you can see it all from a Birds Eye! We had a sudden leak into our front entryway’s ceiling. Obviously only when it’s raining, so hard to duplicate unless it was currently raining and more damage would have been still happening to our home.

We texted videos of the leak to 247 Roofing so that they could see what was going on.

It was a very busy week for them, with crews on jobs and the owners at the Pittsburgh Home Show. But rain was in the forecast and so they went out of their way as a team to come and take care of us before any more water damage could happen.

This is the rainiest week of the year so far in Pittsburgh, and not a drop of a leak!!

He explained everything to us, provided lots of options in different price ranges to fit our budget. He explained the products and took time to answer our questions. He introduced himself and the company provided his personal number and asked if they had any issues with debri or his crew to please call him! The steep sides of my gambrel roof were in need of their third set of shingles in 26 years. Our experience with 247 Roofing was perfect. We did our research and got estimates elsewhere, but Ryan at 247 came to the house, checked out our attic space (which doubles as my home office) and immediately suggested changes that could help the ventilation for both the summer and winter seasons.

He devised a plan, let me know what it would cost, and then got to work fixing our space. 247 did an amazing job every step of the way with updates, information, etc. I don't know a thing about attic ventilation, and they helped it make sense from step 1. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was contacted by 247 Roofing Solutions to inform me that they could begin starting the project a month earlier than anticipated and also upgraded my siding materials for free as the other product was on back order. The workers were very polite and professional. As the project was being conducted I was updated on the status by 247 Roofing Solutions of any issues or unforeseen circumstances. The quote ended up being very accurate and was slightly adjusted very fairly to accommodate unexpected circumstances from the roof.
