Tracy and his crew were first class from start to finish. Tracy came over and talked about the procedure of having my roof replaced. Also talked about the color that would look good. Since the house was just painted we wanted to change the roof color. The quote was very fair and the contract was detailed. And Tracy had the perfect color for it. Due to someone else dropping the ball on doing our roof, we called for more estimates. Tracy came out, gave us a quote, which wasn't the lowest, but we knew instantly that we wanted to do business with him. He stayed in touch with us while the roofing materials we needed were ordered and then came the day he said he would and his crew worked steadily, only taking midday breaks to get out of the awful heat. We have a big roof and they completed the job in a day and a half. Cleaned the grounds throughly and the roof looks fantastic. We have a five year warranty on labor and I know this guy will honor his contract if we have any issues. Tracy was honest and has integrity that you don't find much of these days.
