I have used Shelter Craft to re-roof my house on two occasions. The first time was in 2010, after hail damaged our roof. The experience was great, and they even helped us out with damage that had been caused by painters. Our house was damaged again by hail in 2017, and we did not hesitate to call them back for a second job. Jake and Bill are the owners, and they are polite, diligent, good to work with, and good at what they do. I highly recommend this company.

Worst roofing company ever. First covered my a/c and it burnt out. We split the cost of replacing the unit. Skylight on porch leaked, After a argument they did repair the leak. Piece of flashing was left off. They removed a ridge vent that they thought was the cause of the leak and it wasn't. Now they won't reinstall it. Next skylight on garage started to leak. Bill came out and looked at it. Said he regretted having me as a customer. If I would sign a statement saying I would release them from any future clams they would install the ridge vent and repair the leak on the garage roof the nest week. Never heard from them again. I repaired the leak on the garage roof and will pay to have the ridge vent installed in the spring.
