In our experience, Shelby Roofing is the gold standard of trades contractors. Sean repaired a hole in our roof a couple of years ago and recently we hired him again to replace our shed roof. Both times he responded quickly to our inquiries, wasted no time doing a site visit and providing a quote, then came and completed the job quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards. No delays, no surprises, no hidden fees, no communication problems, he just gets the job done.

After Sean and his assistant completed the shed roof, I asked if he could take a look at a small job that another contractor had been putting off doing for us for months, a gap between the side of our chimney and the outside wall. Rather than telling me to book another appointment, he just got up on his ladder and made the necessary repairs right there and then, and also did a quick inspection of the other contractor's work on the flashing around the chimney.

If every contractor around here was as good as Shelby Roofing, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. We can't recommend them highly enough.
