We are so grateful for Shed Solutions for coming in a rush to help us move a shed for our horse rescue!

After agreeing on the cost of a $19,000 16x24 shed in May, I was totally ghosted when I tried to get a start date. Finally, Jay answered my call and confirmed a start date of August 22. He was a no show without calling or texting me to explain and reschedule. I live 4 hours away from my camp where it was to be built. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with.

After researching several shed companies, we went with Shed Solutions, and could not be happier. Jay and his men did a fantastic job on our shed. They went above and beyond to make sure it came out exactly how we wanted it. The job site was meticulous during and after. Great crew, great company, and a pleasure to do business with.

Very professional got back to us the same day. Jay was very easy to talk to and listened to all of what we wanted in our shed. We also like the fact that it will be built on site, not someplace else and delivered.

Met with Jay to discuss a new shed. He was kind, a great listener, and he exhibited strong ethics and professionalism. He will send us a quote for our new shed soon. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable with him and we both felt very valued by him. We are confident that his character will carry over to his employees and his work ethic.

Our whole experience from beginning to end with Jay and Kay was one of the best experiences we have ever had. From day one Kay kept us informed on what was going on and kept us in the loop. She answered ever one of my questions, and was so quick to get back to us, and that alone was something we so appreciated. we had looked at other companies, and after talking to a few in the area, and then talking to Kay we knew who was going to be building our new structure! All I can say is when it was time to build our building, Jay and his crew (who were great! hit the pavement and we were so delighted on the outcome and how fast the structure went up not to mention it was spotless leaving nothing behind. !! what a beautiful structure they were able to build for us we cant thank them enough for what they did! If you are looking for a quality shed or structure, this is the company hands down to have build it for you! we look froward to having them build our next structure as well ! and one last note, people need to have patience, this year was crazy for builders, be kind, understand that these people are working so hard. we were willing to wait and it was so worth it!!

Jay and his team were great to work with! I had a custom design in mind that they were happy to bring to life. The final product was very high quality and far cheaper than some pre-fab (and custom) alternatives. Jay was very helpful throughout the process - helping with plans, permitting, and advice on materials. He was easy to communicate with and the actual job only took a day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a shed or garage!

Shed Solutions was so great to work with! Had to wait a little bit because they were so busy- during the pandemic (which was reassuring to know that their quality was so great that they had a lot of customers!) Building day came and they were here early and moved very quickly. It was like a well oiled machine and they were constantly measuring and checking the level to ensure a good solid build. The end result is better than I could have ever imagined. Jay and his crew at Shed Solutions have shed building down to a science. I can’t believe we even considered a plastic shed!! For the same price we got a handcrafted pine shed with financing at NO INTEREST! How amazing is that! If we ever get around to building a garage we will definitely be calling Jay. Thanks so much for your stunning work on our new addition to our property.

Custom shed built on site. Jay helped us design a shed to be used for occasional vehicle storage and paint shop for my wife. Floor was beefed up and extra windows added for light. Visited our site ahead to ensure we got what we wanted. Took a while to get started as he is very busy, however once crew arrived, it was a one-day build from early morning to early evening. Even installed a fan vent we had. Very pleased.

Jay Jones (owner) was efficient, polite, communicative and on time. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah— the most beautiful shed! We looked at quite a few websites for shed companies and his sheds were best priced, best looking and Jay was the most responsive to answering questions and getting back to us. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks again Jay!

The person who I assume is the manager, my bf spoke to him he had us text our address, but never called to set up the appt. When my bf finally got his to answer a week later and told us he had been super busy, but could come out the next day to take a look at the area between 3 and 4 pm. NO SHOWED AND TURNED OFF HIS PHONE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Knowing that I was soon moving into a house without a shed, which is a necessity for me, I searched for a couple months looking for someone that would build the shed on-site. The last thing I wanted was a huge truck and trailer backing up through my suburban backyard delivering a pre-made shed, tearing up the lawn and low-hanging branches. I found Shed Solutions online and gave them a call. They took a little time to get back to me - it's a busy season for them - but once they did, it could not have been a better experience. Jay was professional, asked all the pertinent questions, provided his expert advice and I had the build scheduled for less than 2 weeks out. Also, they were the only outfit I could find that uses PT 6x6 skids, as well as PT 2x6 floor joists.

The day before the build, a truck arrived and dropped off all the lumber as promised and without much disturbance. The day of the build, Jay and his crew arrived at 6:30am and let me know that my town has a noise ordinance until 7am and that they would quietly setup before starting up compressors and table saws. I had no idea about the ordinance and really appreciate him checking that. Furthermore, I changed the configuration of the windows/doors that morning to allow for a bigger door, and that was completely ok. No complaints; no cost change; just agreement from Jay and that was it.

Once 7am hit, they were at it and they are a well-oiled machine. It was really fun to watch them, and reassuring as I saw them carefully checking that things were level, even, square, measured accurately, etc. They had the floor and walls up within 2 hours. Impressive. By 2pm they were done. Roof, doors, windows, siding, everything. He handed me the key and went over paint/stain options and gave me advice on how to handle any potential settling. They cleaned up all scrap wood and other waste, and left the yard just as the entered it; leaving behind only a beautiful pine shed.

This couldn't have gone any better and I would recommend Shed Solutions to anyone.

Jay and his crew have built 5 sheds for me. The quality of work is outstanding. Very friendly crew to be around and the prices have been very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I am very pleased with all my sheds.

Purchased a shed from Shed Solutions in April, 2019. The building was built in place on our property. We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the crew. They literally picked up every single scrap (unlike many contracting companies we have hired in the past). Very fair price and the best quality we have seen. We checked with many other builders prior to settling on Shed Solutions. Highly recommend!

We bought a 12 x 24 shed and had it delivered to our property in Damariscotta. Excellent quality and service. Was a very easy process and the building was delivered in the time agreed. We were referred by our parents and have referred 2 of our friends, all of whom are also satisfied. Would definitely buy again from them.

Jay and his crew built us a beautiful shed! They traveled all the way to kport and built our 14x20 board and batten in 2.5 days. Very efficient. The quality is amazing and you can not beat the price. Great to work with!

I have done four projects with Jay and his team. An 8x10 workshop in 2012 was such a good experience and I was so happy with the communication, quality and professionalism that I had a 12x14 guest cabin built in 2014. In 2016 I hired them to install my metal roof. This year I decided to move my guest cabin to a different location on my property and have an 8x10 screen house built next to it. It was very interesting to watch the process with the Mule. The guys took their time making sure the building was secure and that no damage would be done to it. They constantly communicated with each other during the 180 degree turn, thru trees and successfully set it in place. Jay sat and drew a basic design of the screen house with me to make sure it was how I wanted it before starting the construction...even coming up with a detail I hadn’t thought of that added so much character.
From the first project I have felt like a valued customer. I’m listened to and treated with respect. The pricing is fair, the workmanship is quality and the crew is polite. I trust them and if I come up with another project they are the ones I will call.

Bought a large shed last fall. They came to my house and built it on site in 2 days. I dealt directly with the owner and if anything he under promised and over delivered, not the other way around. My shed turned out great! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I need another shed.

We loved working with Jay from the first phone call to the last day on the job. He was incredibly responsive, flexible, honest and just enjoyable to work with. His crew was polite. There were no hidden costs and it was so affordable! A local organization that I am part of also had just the same wonderful transaction. I highly recommend this company, and I do it often! NO communication from Jay Jones, the owner of this company. After meeting with him and letting him know that I wanted to hire his company to build a cabin, he was Impossible to reach. He outright lied to me about emailing me estimates. He has some serious issues. I'm just thankful that I never actually contracted with him or gave him any money. Obviously, it would've been a nightmare. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.
