Shawn Coffey: Allstate Insurance

These days EVERYTHING is going up in prices. So, when Jennifer D. with Shawn Coffey gave me a quote for car insurance I was happier that it was less than what I was paying with another company. THEN, to make matters even better, I was told that I could add renters insurance with would lower my car insurance payment even more. I really had to double check that what I was hearing was not a mistake. It wasn’t and I am now paying less for the same coverage I had on my vehicle and I have renters insurance!! Blessed by Allstate!

The agency has always been responsive to any questions and looked for any discount I may have been entitled to.

If I could I would give zero stars. I would stay clear of Shawn Coffey Allstate insurance because obviously their agent can not comprehend that when you tell her that your homeowners insurance and auto insurance expires on 2/27/24 and you want coverage a couple days before the 27th so you don’t risk a lapse with the state. She decides for some reason to only start the homeowners insurance February and start my auto until March causing a 27 day lapse of insurance and a fine with the state and refuse to do anything about it. Even if I wanted the auto insurance to start on March 24 what insurance agent would let you walk away not have having coverage for 27 days and not question that……. A brain dead agent named Stacy in the Slidell office.

Jennifer was a wonderful agent that helped me so much. I learned a lot from her telling me about insurance. She walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend her to everyone

This a great agency. They worked with me for a bundled homeowners and auto policy at the time most companies were doubling homeowners policy premiums. We had a positive experience. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend Shawn Coffey and his team.

Getting quotes and switching to AllState was a very easy and quick process. The Shawn Coffey office was very helpful in helping me with the policies I needed and got me great premiums.

shawn is very nice has a great knowledge of his products. he is very helpful and saved me over a thousand dollars on my homeowner's insurance.

Received a quote for homeowners insurance in the mail, and I followed it up with an email, to confirm the quote. Was then told the "competitive rate assumes bundling home and audio insurance". If the advertisement is contingent upon bundling, why not just say that, instead of employing the use of a false advertisement of one product to generate business for multiple? Needless to say this strategy is terribly unprofessional/questionable, and I won't be doing any business there.
