They did excellent work on the new roofing and gutters, and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was prompt, courteous, conscientious, and very competent, and they completed the job efficiently and professionally. They took care to protect our plantings and deck furniture, and afterwards they put everything back in place and cleaned up every trace of construction debris. The owner TJ and his team replaced our roof a few weeks ago. They managed to get out to us quickly before a storm hit as we had a leak and didn’t want further damage. Mr.Shaw provided us with an estimate for free and got us on the schedule soon thereafter. TJ was very helpful and responsive. He even offered to come to my house during a rain storm to get into my attic to see where the water was coming in. He helped me with submitting the claim to my insurance company to have them cover a whole roof replacement. He made the whole process as easy as possible. Would highly recommend this company. Shaw and company were great - I had a serious leak on my roof at the plumbing vent and they came out the next day to inspect and fix it that afternoon. The repair crew was very professional and did a great job with the fix. I definitely recommend them as they’re extremely responsive and stand by their work.

In December 2022, Shaw & Company Contractor made a most prompt arrangement to have our roof replaced in 4 days including fitting of 7 skylights. Our roof is 68 squares. The completion had been made just 1 day before temperature drop and rains. This company responded promptly, remained punctual for meetings, and offered a good performance/price ratio by patiently discussing contract details with the owner. An impressive strong point is that Shaw & Company Contractor provided us with their CertainTeed shingles and their related materials for the roofing for our file purpose. TJ Shaw and his team did an amazing job of replacing my roof.

Due to high winds from Hurricane Ian, we lost around 20 shingles and there was damage to 2 big pieces of plywood underneath the shingles. We also had some ceiling water damage on our bedroom ceiling. My insurance company only agreed to repair the shingles.

TJ fought very hard with my insurance company to recommend a new roof (and bedroom ceiling) because there was damage to many more shingles. Many were turned up from the wind.

They completed the roof in one day and came back a few days to fix the ceiling in the bathroom.

TJ will work with your insurance company and the whole process was stress free. I highly recommend Shaw & Company Contractor.

Jelani took the time to answer all my questions and describe the materials and process in detail, and assisted us in getting the right financing and good pricing for the job. The work was done in one day with minimal disturbance to our own work at the premises, with excellent materials, good warranties, and no damage to our landscaping or other fixtures, with good supervision, on-site explanations, and time management. Very pleased with their service and work and would highly recommend them to any neighbor needed a new roof.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were the consummate professionals. They did everything they said they would do. They communicated clearly, followed through, worked really hard, cleaned up well. They were always on time. We had a beautiful new roof, new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards all installed completely in less than two days. Jelani and TJ, the owner, showed up each day to check on things and see that our job was being done well. Also, they were not pushy and aggressive in trying to get our business, which I appreciated. It felt like they really cared about doing a good job for us. I know they are a fairly new business so I hope they succeed. They were excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

This company was very professional and did a great job. They kept their schedule time(showed up early which I loved) fully staffed started working and kept me posted on everything they were going to do andd expect time to be completed even during the project. They took pictures while they were working to show me before and after. So I can see the boards that needed to be changed and returned what was not needed and I didnt have to pay for extra material because they purchased it. The clean up was great and second person TJ came and made sure everything was perfect, did a nail sweeping again to make sure no nails or trash were left lying around. With a full staff that was very friendly.. they finished earlier than schedule. So I was very happy with everything. Their pricing was very affordable and I didnt have to wait 5-8 weeks to wait to be put on their schedule for them to get material. They have followed up with me with warranty information. I HIGHLY recommend Shaw & Company.

I used Shaw&Co. to replace my 17 year old roof that was damaged by wind and recent storms. TJ was very informative and walked me through filing a claim with my insurance company. After my claim was approved, TJ placed me in the schedule very quickly. I am very pleased with my new roof.

Did a very thorough job: Patiently worked with me to select roofing materials; inspected the roof & crawl spaces; identified and fixed/replaced underlying boards; and, cleaned up after them, with follow up 2nd magnetized sweep to trap any missed nail/ metal shards.

I had Shaw replace my shingle roof and it was an excellent experience. Unlike other companies, they were very communicative every step of the way. All questions were answered immediately. And they had supplies and did my work within a week of contract. I highly recommend.

Working with TJ to replace our roof has probs KT been one of the easiest processes of home repairs we have dealt with. TJ came to the house inspected the roof and attic and provided me pictures. He walked me through the entire process. It was easy and painless. Once we signed the contract, work started two days later!!! The crew was great, fast and cleaned up! TJ even came back the next to to do one more sweep for nails (especially since I have small kids who play outside). Customer service has been phenomenal! We are even going to use TJ for other needs around our house.

I looked at multiple roofing companies and TJ was the reason we went with who we did. He took the time to come and explain everything to me. This was right at the start of COVID but TJ whipped out camping chairs from the back of his truck without missing a beat and sat in my driveway with me reviewing every aspect of the roofing job. There was no rushing through the information. He explained everything so I could understand and follow along (I am a home project newbie). He was great!!

At the time JC was working for another company. He sold me a new roof. He made sure I understood what I was purchasing what the individual costs of services and materials were and how everything was going to go. He explained to me the roofing products and warranties associated with the roof itself and the labor. Then he went way above and beyond to help us get financing on short notice in an emergency situation that was more than.
From my experience this is a good guy and everyone should want to work with someone like him.
