Isaac provided excellent communication on the timing of the project and dumpster/material delivery and pick up. And cleanup, not a single nail or scrap material found after they left. I worked with Tim who is terrific. I also talked with Isaac who planned the delivery the dumpster and materials and the pickup of the dumpster and some leftover materials. Roofers started at 7am and completed the job that day at 730. We have a ranch house. Also the crew’s clean up was very good. A very good experience !

These guys are awesome! We had brand new roofing done at our property and 8 months later a storm knocked large trees down. It was an emergency as we are a resort and had guests coming for the summer. Will recommend to others requiring these services ! Work crew worked non-stop to complete job in one day before storms were forecast for that evening. New roof survived very stormy night with very high winds. Proves the crew was very qualified and cared about my roof and took extra care to be sure it was storm ready. Crew was very particular about cleaning up my yard and flower gardens. Left it better than when they started.

While I haven’t personally used Sharp Roofing for work, I know Nate and can speak to his integrity and dedication. Went to see if they were open. Parked in their customer parking. They looked closed, my mom got out of the car to check and a rude lady stopped behind our car. We thought she was waiting for the spot so we said we’re not leaving. My mom was at the door looking at the hours and she yells “I work here I need this spot” my mom over hears and comes over. She repeated to her “you work here?” the lady says “yes” my mom kindly asked if they were open and she rudely responds “no but I work tonight and I need to park here”. Overall a rude interaction. You would think that the employee would park elsewhere as their customer parking is limited. Not only that but that she’d be nicer to potential customers. We left and will not be returning.

Very, very happy with Sharp Roofing. Mike was great to work with pre- and post-sale. Engagement and communication were outstanding! The installation went smoothly without issue. The workers literally worked all day sunrise to sunset finishing the roof in 2 days (and it's a big roof). I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would recommend Nate at Sharp. They do a great job with free inspections and estimates. Their estimates are very detailed so you know what you are paying for.

Nate and the Sharp team were great! They were able to accommodate very tight timing on one of my rental properties. Had them replace the roof, remove a few trees, and do some aluminum siding work. Service was great and price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

We were impressed with Sharp roofing since the first step. We had four different roofing companies from the area come to our house to provide us a solution to our roof and an estimate. We really appreciated Mike's demeanor, the way he presented the information, and confidence in the company he works for. He answered all of our questions and talked to us in a way that made us feel like Sharp Roofing was the best choice.

We had a bad experience with a different local company last summer, which made us more hesitant with this project. Sharp Roofing exceeded all of our expectations and we are thankful that we found a company that we want to go back to in the future and that we can trust. Mike continued to answer all of our questions when it came time for the project. He stopped by prior to make sure that all the materials were ready to go. When it came time for the day of the project - the crew of four guys were extremely hard working and you could tell that they worked well as a team. They were thorough in putting up materials to guide the scraps, thorough in cleaning up, and for it being a roofing project - were very respectful with noise. They worked well into the evening to ensure that the job got done promptly. Wil came by to finish the job the next day with more materials and was very kind. He has a lot of expertise and we were grateful for the extra work he put in to make sure that our roof was sealed up with the final steps.

Mike came back the following day to check in and continued to update us on the costs. There were extra materials that needed to be added which resulted in a slight adjustment to our final bill, but Mike was transparent about the cost as soon as possible. We are thrilled with our new roof and ventilation system on our house. We think it looks more modern and sleek. My husband and I can't stop talking about how good it looks. Can't wait to work with them on other projects that we have in mind in the future. We definitely would recommend Sharp Roofing to our friends and family!

Sharp did a roofing job for us in May 2024 (garage roof and part of the house roof). The job was done well and the crew was careful around our plants, which was appreciated. Our home was damaged by the Tornado in West Michigan on May 7th. Just days later, Tim was on our roof inspecting the damage. He came back to walk thru with my insurance adjuster and helped plead our case why it was essential they replace our roof. Tim was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process of dealing with insurance and made a difficult process painless. His communication skills are excellent. My roof was completed on June 24th! I’ve spoken to many neighbors and none of them have had such an easy, quick and impressive experience dealing with the aftermath of the tornado and home damage. Tim also recommended a great company to help with our fence! The install of the roof was very fast and the crew worked tirelessly in 80-90 degree weather. I cant thank Andrew Story enough. I had a couple of companies come out and give me a quote for a new roof. I talked to the guy on TV that will guarantee your roof for 50yr, talked to the guy that uses his military background to sell you, talked to roofers from the home show. When Andrew came to our home he told me exactly what they were going to do and sent me an honest quote the next day that was better than the other contractors. When his crew showed up to replace our roof I was impressed on how fast they worked and the quality of the workmanship. Each night they cleaned up like they were never there and when it was completed everything was clean and put back. If you are thinking of hiring a contractor do yourself a favor and contract Andrew.
