Amazing. I am a realtor and have used Shamrock to investigate roofs for couple years then I needed a roof. Not only did they beat the competition prices they did an amazing job I can’t speak highly enough of Shamrock roofing and I have used multiple for my clients and these guys are the best. Nice crew. Timely and cleaned up great. You’ll be glad and lucky to use them !!!

New roof is leaking. Shamrock sent someone out to look at it and they said there were nails missing which caused the leak. They said they sealed the leak. Okay, great… except the roof is still leaking.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for roof replacement. Mine is a shingle roof, perhaps they’re better when it comes to clay tile roofs, but I still wouldn’t take the chance.

Initial contact was fantastic! Quick response to my email and calls, scheduled an inspection quickly. The gentlemen that came out for our roof inspection was absolutely fantastic, professional and informative.

The Estimator was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Office staff was very informative and answered all my questions. Roofers were on time and gave an overview of what they would be doing. Potentially bad weather was moving in late that afternoon so they worked until the roof was totally waterproof before leaving and returned the next day to finish the job.

We recently found ourselves in a position that we needed a new roof. We knew it was coming but the recent winds made it a necessity. We did our homework and got multiple estimates. The second company we recieved a quote from, @Shamrock Roofing Services came out and did a quote. They were over a thousand under the first one and available 2 weeks sooner. The estimate was free, they offered both repair which the other did not (at a very reasonable price) and replacement. We opted for full roof replacement. They came back a second time to take ELEVEN videos and sent to our insurance company why replacement was optimal due to the brittleness of the shingles we had to help with a claim. They were scheduled to start Thursday but called and asked permission to start a day early!!!
They arrived timely Wednesday at 6:30am, worked all day and stayed another 30 minutes to ensure that every single nail was picked up so our dogs could use the backyard without worry. They came back 6:30am sharp to continue and were done by 2:00 pm on Thursday. They have been communicative, responsive and kind every step of the way. They even installed a flat roof vent where we needed one and the other roofer flaked last year. I am very appreciative and impressed with them so if you find yourself in a similar position, i would recommend giving them a call for your free estimate as well.

Victor was incredible and this company has been someone I have referred for years. Victor took it to a whole new level of professionalism and explained every detail.

This was my second time calling Shamrock Roofing, this time for a shingle roof (old house was tile). Both times they’ve been friendly, honest, and quick. Which with the weather we’ve been having quick was really appreciated.

This time I had Victor come out and give me an estimate. He was honest, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Shamrock roofing, I would call them in an instant if my roof had hail damage or was leaking (hopefully that won’t be for awhile lol). They are located in Tempe, but I have called them all the way out to the Sun City area and north Phoenix and they’ve been happy to accommodate.

I had them come to the house due to a leak on a warranty call. Was told the leaks were due to debris on my awnings from a tree and that they would send me a quote on how much for them to come clean it up. This was over a week ago. I still have not heard from them on the quote to clean the awning, nor have they responded as to if it is work they would do, thus leaving me in the dark.

I was very pleased with the people at Shamrock. They’re customer service was the best. If I ever need work done again they’re the business I’ll call.

I have used Shamrock to replace the roof on my main home and to repair some leaks on a second property. In both cases, Shamrock did an outstanding job and very competitively priced! They were very prompt, professional, and did quality work! For the roof replacement, I opted for the second layer of felt, which came with a 20-year warranty against leaks!

I called Shamrock roofing on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did! Inspector came out and emailed me an estimate very quickly detailing what options I had with my roof. Once the decision was made to go with Shamrock, they were out there by the next week getting the job done. They replaced the roof and any damaged wood that was needed and cleaned up the area extremely well - can't even tell they were there except for my bright shiny new roof!! I have now used Shamrock roofing for two projects in the last year since buying my first ever home!

When I bought my home it was stated the roof (underlayment) was extremely worn out and needing to be replaced ASAP (25+ years in age). I had numerous roofing companies come out and decided on Shamrock as their price was very competitive and were very flexible in scheduling.

Overall the entire roof project went very well. I do wish communication with the crew that are actually on site would have been a little better as well as the clean up, for a few weeks we kept finding roofing material on the ground after what I'm assuming was pushed down from wind. But the roof looks great (from what I can actually see lol) and they have a great warranty as part of their work which is great.

The second project was to have a walkable patio re-sealed as it hadn't been touched for some time and was showing signs of major wear. Once again I had a few companies come out and provide a quote with Shamrock being at the top of my list since they had done my roof work. And they again won the bid! The patio surface looks great and they were super quick including cleaning the surface and communication and clean up was great on this project!

All in all I have been very pleased with Shamrock from the office crew to the roofing crew and feel that should any issues arise (hopefully none will :D ) Shamrock will be there.

Prompt, professional, and excellent customer service from the day I called for a quote to job completion. In any business of repair, not every job can be perfect. My roof was replaced as part of a home sale. The roof looked excellent, but there was a small problem around a chimney baffle which allowed some water to come down my chimney. I called the office, received an email from the office manager within minutes, and had contractors at my house within half hour. I am more than impressed with this response. They offered to send another contractor to fix some small drywall damage at the 2nd floor chimney opening. I wasn't too worried about it so I asked if they would consider a materials allowance and I would fix myself. They sent me more than I asked for. Who are these people running such an honest business?? Roofing can be an sketchy business if you get the wrong company. I am fully confident in shamrock and will absolutely recommend them and use them again myself if needed. Thank you for your excellent efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

I contacted Shamrock Roofing Services as one of 3 roofling services who had an excellent rating on Better Business Bureau. Office staff was easy to communicate with either through telephone or email- prompt responses to inquiries- friendly and considerate. James came out to look over what needed to be done- repair flashings around electrical pole and vents. He took photos on his phone and was able to show me the issues. I received an emailed estimate within a day. After having a huge rain and seeing that our patio roof leaked big time, I recalled Shamrock. James came back out and to review concern. Of the 3 companies I contacted, one never emailed an estimate (even after calling their office), and the other just was not as specific as to what they would do as Shamrock- even though lower in price. It did take about 3 weeks from accepting estimate to have work completed. But, was really pleased with the work and communication with the lead person- Victor. Victor called prior to coming out, and took pictures of the before and after repairs. He readily communicated with me through texting. While I think the work done is first-class, guess the next big rain we have will be the test on the patio roof. I greatly appreciate the work they did and would not hesitate to call them again as needed. Photos are after repairs.

I am helping an elderly friend whose roof leaked during the last very heavy rain. The promptly came out. I explained the situation and they examined the roof. I received the proposal quickly and happily scheduled the repair. They did not try to talk us into replacing the entire roof, just the area the roof leaked. Job was completed yesterday quickly, cleanly and the worker were very cheerful, friendly and cleaned up completely.

We had a great experience working with shamrock roofing. The office was friendly to work with for scheduling. They were prompt to provide an estimate and Nelson's crew was friendly, thorough and efficient with their work. We're happy to refer them to family and friends.

They had to replace some tiles and couldn’t find a match. Rather than intersperse the non matching tiles across the roof, we have two large blocks of unmatched tiles. They didn’t even get all one color for the replacements. I’m surprised our HOA hasn’t come after us. After complaining they admitted that they did a poor job but cannot advise timing on correcting the problem.

So very helpful to me when I had to sell my home! Had issues that another small company was unable to do. They came out very quickly to assess what needed to be done and got the job done quickly. And at a fair price! Very pleased!!!!

This rating is for customer service, we did not select them as our contractor for roof repair. The repairman seemed annoyed coming to look at the house To give an estimate. We didn’t really know what that was all about. We were trying to complete a roof repair before a house closing and the company was aware of my tight timeline for a quote. I Called to schedule an estimate on Monday, they came out Tuesday, and then they took until Friday (after I called in each day witha promise that the quote would be right over) to send me a partial quote. They only quoted part of my request after I waited all week. On Friday, they explained their insurance doesn’t cover a roof as high as mine (I guess they couldn’t have told me this sooner and instead kept me waiting around?) which is why the whole project wasn’t quoted. This roofing company didn’t have insurance for a high roof... apparently..
I was very disappointed in the customer service and communication and I regret calling out and relying on this one company.

They did an extremely good job at fixing my roof and even fixed other odds and ends for free. Great communication and really friendly. I would highly recommend.
