Hands down! The best RV service center I have ever used. Fair prices, good people, good workmanship. I have used them for several projects and always had a good experience. I will never use a dealer again.

Preparing for a two month trip went by Shafer RV for wheel bearing packing and check brakes. Got my name on the list got a call very soon. I dropped it off one day then the next morning they were finished. Very helpful staff got a lot of my what if questions answered. Price was very reasonable.

Steve is a wonderful blessing for me. He was referred to me by a coworker and I have used him over the years for quite a few repairs. I highly recommend his service.

I was in desperate need for a sway bar hitch to my travels to Texas due to my trailer swaying vary bad on the interstate. Not only did they have what I was looking for he allowed me to put in on in their parking lot and allowed me to use his tools. They we're vary helpful and patient with me. If you all are looking for good old fashion service go there. I would recommend over all other rv parts stores I've been too... thanks again God bless....

My Furrion QUIT. 12 volt or electric. . Called Shafer in Pell City. They came in 3 days. Pulle PLEASE USE THEMd it out, took it overnite. Came back next day reinstalled. It was the glass fuse. They extended wiring new car fuse. It runs quietly now. Fantasic job. GREAT, JOB 6 STAR

I needed some parts for my RV water heater. I had a leaky water pipe. The gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. My problem was solved. Six stars if I could. Thank you Shafer’s !!!!!!

Everytime I use them they are always courteous and make sure the job is done right. They take time to explain everything as well.

Had a great experience with these guys… stopped in today hoping they might have the particular model of water pump that I needed to replace in my RV. They did and while it was pricy compared to Amazon it was in my hand and they offered simple instructions for the change out. I’d say worth the $$ and supporting small independent businesses like Shafer’s RV! Thanks

I had herd about this place but had never been. Loved it. This place has just about anything you could need for your rv. Try it I'm sure your gonna Love it.

I can't say enough about the fine folks at Shafer's RV! They took pictures of the damage to our camper as they did the work and kept the old parts that they replaced. They did a beautiful job replacing water damaged areas and inspecting it for safety. They were quite reasonable on price, too!

I called Shafer’s RV when I locked our camper keys in our camper. With out hesitation they sent someone with a master key to unlock our camper with no charge. I. Any thank them enough for their act of kindness that what I thought was going to be a ruined day because of locked keys in the camper. Thank you so much!!!

Bought a camper at Shafer’s that belonged to someone out of state. Had a problem with the ac but Steve Shafer took care of everything! Super nice and very helpful. I live 45 min away but will go back there for any of my rv needs.

I didn't get the guy's name that I talked to, but I've talked to him before, and he sounds very knowledgeable.

We visit this place once or twice a year when we're in town. They always have what we need and the owner is very helpful.

I needed a part for my 40ft gooseneck trailer and they actually had it in stock. They also gave me some great advise on the repair I was doing myself at home. Very friendly staff. Definitely reccomened.

Steve and crew are wonderful. I'm grateful to have them so close by to perform maintence and work on my 5th wheel that stays permanently parked at the lake. Great guys, good service and fair prices.

Love getting parts from Shafers .Plus they are a big help finding the right parts for me. I have a 79 dodge motorhome. And they've been a big help.

Shafer's RV is a very good place to buy things for your camper or RV. The employees that work there are very nice to customer's, if I could I would give them a 10 .

Very helpful staff, and the owner as well. I have had them repair my rig a few times and they are always very quick, and still manage to do it right the first time.

Well I've been waiting on someone to come look at my camper for 4 weeks now I keep calling and they keep saying sometime this week but never a follow up call or anything i am literally not even 1/2 mile down the road at rv park I'm tired of waiting!!!

We were at the #indycar race. From #carmel IND; enjoying @Barber. Needed a water pump. Rather than travel to Camping World, found Steve. We always try to buy local when we can. Had what we needed, great advice, friendly. We fixed the issue and were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend and race. As an unsolicited piece of advice, might suggest seeing if you can work with Barber. Lots of rvs, gotta be some that could use parts. Maybe delivery service? Thanks again. Bob and Kathy Wallace.

Sitting here watching the Pell City AL fireworks. Ordered mirrors for our F150 to be able to see around the camper. They were very helpful and made sure I received exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this establishment.
