SHADCO Restoration & Construction has been doing magnificent work at our home. They are very professional and they provide excellent results. We called SHADCO because we were feeling sick and constantly low on energy. Shadi arrived promptly with specialized equipment to test the air quality and quickly identified the presence of mold along with its source. He and his team took all the necessary safety measures to remove the mold completely and treated the affected areas thoroughly.

SCAMMERS.

A friend of our referred us to Shadi and our experience has been nothing but a complete nightmare … almost a year later our living room ceiling is still wide open and incomplete.

We had a small leak from the upstairs bathroom and he basically filed false readings to the insurance company and ran off with 10k ; claiming it’s justified and the true cost for mitigation . We’ve had a few contractors come in to verify his claims and the numbers weren’t even close.

So not only did we get scammed …they were extremely unprofessional, never answered the phone , no call no show all the time, showed up hours late , messy and couldn’t even match a paint color.

The work was started in February 2024 and they only put in about 4 hours of work total.

We’ve sent numerous emails, texts, calls… he refuses to fix what he started . He’s been paid 10k which is more than enough for the whole project.

We will definitely be reporting him to the BBB . This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am writing to report a serious issue concerning incomplete work and potential insurance fraud. I contracted for services, and the agreed-upon work remains unfinished. Furthermore, I believe the owner submitted inflated or fraudulent claims to my insurance company. I have evidence that supports my claim of incomplete work. This includes photographs and documentation of the initial agreement. I am deeply concerned about this situation and the financial implications. I request an immediate investigation into this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this problem. Do not let him deal with your insurance directly. He will run up the bill on the Mitigation to pad his pockets.

Highly recommend this company,. I own Euclid Market and we had multiple pipes freeze, than bust. We called Shadco Restoration and they came out SAME DAY within about 2 hours they were here ripping out the walls and changing pipes. Within about 2 hours they had my pipes changed and water running again. Afterwards they did an amazing cleanup job, putting up new walls and having it look better than before. Highly recommend!! And they respond ASAP

Shadi is an incredible contractor. He is very accessible and knowledgeable. He made our remodel the easiest part. When we had unexpectedly discovered mold he came right away to solve the issue! This is the guy you want for your renovations!!
