Arrowhead did a great job throughout the entire job. They worked with us on the best install schedule. The installers were very respectful of all plants and shrubs surrounding our home. The cleanup was very thorough after completion. The roof looks great!!

Arrowhead roofing company is amazing. 10 day before our closing sale date we learned a new roof was required on our home. John took the time and understanding of our situation . His quote was lower than his competitors. He came thru regardless of time constraints and the weather. Highly professional and did what he promised. Beautiful roof and cash in my pocket. If there was a ten star rating I’d give it to them.

Recently had my roof replaced by Arrowhead Roofing. My main contact was Todd he was there the day of install and supervised the project. Communication was great, I had a lot of questions prior to signing contract. Responses with the answers came quickly. Very happy with the completion of the job and very happy with the cleanup.

Ryan did a fabulous job identifying the extensive amount of hail damage to my house and an absolutely wonderful job following up with my insurance company to ensure everything was repaired to my satisfaction.

We were dealing with the damage from a hail storm and needed roof and siding replaced. Phil at Arrowhead Roofing worked with us and for us. Others had their roof replaced in very cold weather. He advised not to do it because it would void the warranty on the roof. As soon as it warmed up, he was there and did an excellent job. He also worked with me on the siding and patio door that needed to be replaced. Others were still waiting after 10 months to have their damage repaired and our damage was repaired before that. Our insurance only covered two sides, and Ryan ensured we got an exact color match to the other sides. Our house was restored to better shape than it was prior to the damage. Ryan often worked directly with our insurance, which made the process seamless on our end. He was patient in working around our schedules and delays on insurance proceeds. Arrowhead provided amazing service. I called them after the hailstorm blew through our neighborhood and they were out to check out our roof the next day. They replaced our roof and damaged siding quickly, we were among the first houses on the block to get everything replaced. It's been over a month and some of our neighbors with other companies are still waiting to get their roofs and siding replaced. Ryan walked me through everything and was very knowledgeable.

I hired Arrowhead Roofing to replace my roof after hail damage. Phil Parsons was a great help and took time to educate me on all the different information that I would need to know and worked well with my insurance adjuster!! The men arrived at 630am to replace the roof and were finished at 230pm !! They cleaned up perfectly and when I got home from work I couldn’t even tell they had been there .. except of course I could tell by the new roof !! They did a great job !!’Tjank you ALL

Good company. Arrowhead Roofing came out and was able to get my roofing project done that anothe contracting company (ARS construction) failed to get done. Ryan came out and was super cool and communicated well. The guys they sent out got the job done in a timely fashion and as far as I can tell it looks like they did great work. They also respected my property by laying down tarps and doing a good clean up. Ignore those 1 star reviews that are obviously fake. I would use this company again.

I've honestly never had such fast and friendly service! When I say fast, I called them at 3:34 pm on a Friday afternoon, and they were knocking on my door and setting up a ladder at 3:45---- 16 min from phone call to shaking hands. Impressive!!!

I can't say enough about Arrowhead Roofing,showed up on time, installed new roofs on 2,260sq ft house and 1,200 sq ft detached garage,very steep pitch,in 1 13or 14 hour day! Recently hired to fix my house after the big hailstorm last year. Roof, gutters, and siding was replaced. Everything looks great and each was done quickly after the supplies were delivered.

The process with Arrowhead was streamlined and efficient--after I contacted them, they were quick to visit my house, inspect the roof damage, talk me through the options, and develop an estimate. Their installers seemed knowledgeable and worked efficiently, completing the install in one day; they were careful to move my outdoor furniture, etc out of the way, and to ensure that they left no debris or trash when finished. The roof looks great and matches my home's color scheme well.

Showed up on time for the quote/inspection, hopped on the roof and looked at everything, not just the wind damage and found a bunch of other areas that needed addressing to prolong the life of the roof (every other vendor only looked at the damage area).
He stayed in constant communication between accepting the bid and when he arrived to complete the repairs relative to breaks in the weather for him to perform the work.
Showed up on time on the day of the repair, performed the work, and left the roof/property clean.
Not pushy with sales tactics and unnecessarily trying to sell a new roof when not needed. Very honest and respectful.
Would definitely do business with again when the time comes for a new roof!

Phil and his team did a great job repairing a portion of my roof's ridge cap that had blown off. They came out the next day after making an appointment and made repairs quickly. I contacted Arrowhead to have my roof inspected for hail damage and they made the process incredibly easy and took care of all the details. Ryan was super helpful and he took care of having everything submitted to the insurance company. Within days of having the insurance claim approved, my new roof was installed. Phil was great to work with and very responsive! I contacted 4 other roofing companies to give me a quote on repairing my roof none of them would even attempt the repair without replacing the entire roof. After contacting Phil he came by right away assessed the problem and said he could take care of it. The very next day they showed up did the repair and even addressed some more issues for a very fair price! I am totally satisfied and will only use this company for any of my roofing needs in the future!

Ryan was very responsive. He was able to stop by the same day I called. I was also impressed with his assessment and his honesty. He explained that my roof had some damage, but it wasn’t extensive. He showed me pictures and went over all of my repair options. He never tried to sell me a whole new roof. He was able to make minor repairs for while he was on site, which saved a return visit. I would definitely use them again!

I had 3 roofing quotes but none of the others were as comprehensive. He did everything he could to get me the best roof I could get at the lowest cost to me. I couldn't imagine person having a dissatisfied customer.

I can not say enough about this company. We were so impressed with the job they did for our neighbors so we decided to try them as well. They made everything so easy with our insurance company and after approval they started and finished right away. Our multi tonal shingles that were chosen were gorgeous and added so much to our house. We then had them do our business that was uniquely difficult with a peak roof with more than half a flat roof with major drainage problems. It is an 1870 historic building that is all brick which leads to years of leaking problems.
