I solicited multiple bids and originally had discounted Luke as he didn’t return my call for a couple days. Unbeknownst to me at the time, he was out of the country on a mission trip. By then I had already offered the job to what seemed like a very low offer. After the low offer outfit didn’t show up twice, I called Luke back. He followed through with a written quote and schedule. He showed up when he said he would and did a terrific job power washing (with a scrubber) my back patio, driveway, front walk and porch. As opposed to the very low offer guy (who contracted w 3rd party to do the actual work), Luke is the Owner/Operator who obviously takes pride in his work and depends on his good reputation. Highly recommend!

Incredibly detailed service, great communications, super-affordable pricing and our house looks like new! We had our cement patio & sidewalk, along with our home, front porch decking/posts/exterior ceilings and eaves, and a railed balcony out back powerwashed yesterday. We also had our gutters flushed and cleaned, and all windows and glass doors (inside and out) washed and hand detailed. I've never seen our home sparkle like this before. LT’s pressure washing is the only way to go if you need pressure washing and window cleaning service! Luke was great to work with and very attentive to detail. I got bids from 4 other companies when looking for a house wash service and Luke was the fastest to respond, best on price and easiest to work with.

We used LT’s to clean the mold and grime off of our home before listing for sale to really make it pop and he did not disappoint. The house looks brand new!
