Santos and his team are magnificent. They are flexible, prompt and have a great work ethic. Their team did a large HVAC Reno for us and were flexible in adjustments and additions to the project. They arrived promptly and completed early. They have a great warranty even if I haven’t had to use it.

I cannot say enough about Santos. He is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. We hired him to build a detached two car garage. He was quick to come and look at our project as well as giving us a proposal. He always answered my calls or texts quickly and answered any questions or concerns we had. He made multiple visits to our house to address any of those concerns. We unfortunately were not able to complete the garage because of restrictions from the city that neither of us had anticipated. We were so disappointed and Santos was so understanding and refunded our deposit minus anything he had to lay out for such as the architect fee and permits. I had heard what great work he does and would highly recommend his company. I hope to do work with him in the future. You don't need to look any further if you want a reputable contractor.

SGA Remodeling removed the back portion of the upper level of my house and built a shed dormer that extended my usable space, allowing for a new bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area, and relocated utility room. They provided the estimate and details of the work, and I was very pleased with the crew, workmanship, and responsiveness throughout the process. Any problems that arose during the project, they corrected. I lived in my house during this renovation project, and this company was very respectful. I strongly recommend SGA Remodeling and plan to bring them back for another project later in the year.

SGAs team came out to take a look at our outdated 70s kitchen and bathroom. We received a fair quote compared to other contractors. Glad we went with them, they showed that they cared for their work and professionalism. Now we can say that we have a top notch kitchen and bath. Would recommend them for any remodeling needs.
