Avoid Home Solutions 101 at All Costs – Absolutely the Worst Experience

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Home Solutions 101 was — especially dealing with Anthony Williams, who was not only unprofessional but flat-out disrespectful.

After receiving partial payment, Anthony completely ignored my design preferences and tried to force his own vision on my kitchen remodel, as if I didn’t matter. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like he knew better than the paying customer. He even had the audacity to tell me that his way was the only way and that I “didn’t have a choice.” Who says that to a client?

To make matters worse, the job was never even finished. He left major parts incomplete—including the backsplash—and when I asked for the materials I had already paid for so I could get someone else to finish the job, he flat-out refused to give them to me. That’s theft, plain and simple. I paid for those materials, and he held them hostage.

When I brought up my concerns, I was met with attitude, disrespect, and zero accountability. The arrogance and complete disregard for customer satisfaction were absolutely shocking.

This company clearly does not care about its clients. They don't listen, they don't deliver, and they certainly don't take responsibility when they screw up. Save yourself the stress, money, and massive headache. Do NOT hire Home Solutions 101. I deeply regret giving them my business!!!

Had SEW Enterprise LLC re-do a service walk . The crew was on the job site at 6:45 am. They were pouring cement by noon. They were early and ahead of schedule. Highly recommend if you need cement work .

They demolished the driveway, approach, sidewalk, and patio in the morning after arriving on site at 6:45 am! By 2:00 everything was poured and brushed. 14 guys on the crew! Product and workmanship were excellent. Highly recommended.
